Sure as Blazes , -- Everyone thought that they should trust the SXX BOD ( inc. me ) and look what happened there.
I am sure that members on this BB could mention a host of other previous disasters.
I am not asking for the minutes of Board Meetings, - just progressive reports on routine activity , as most other companies do.
GGP is a unique , very high risk , exploration company , spending OUR money , with no guarantees , no proven assets , no revenues , very little capital , and lots of unconfirmed rumour .
It would be helpful if GGP met its SH obligations and kept informed on routine progress with its activities,

Jerry , - Are you actually stating that the BOD of a UK registered AIM company have no legal obligation to keep its shareholder owners fully informed as to its routine activities .

What SD does is beyond my control , but over 60 years of investing , I have always understood that companies have an obligation to keep their shareholders ( us - the owners of the company ) fully updated on the basics of what is happening within the company , within a reasonable time frame. 18 months is way out for basic data , particularly for a mining exploration company where we are financing its activities at a quite a high risk , or for T/O approaches for that matter . Drilling results , MRE's , grades , should be regular and routine info.
At this time , GGP have published ( 18 months ago ) encouraging detailed results on some of its early drilling results and an MRE on the initial Havieron prospect ( now well out of date ) . Things have changed dramatically according to rumour / leakage. As a not insignificant shareholder I wish to know officially ( RNS ) and factually about these changes. In theory , with any company investment , it determines my right to buy and sell . I was turned over , as I know many others were , by a potential SXX lack of true info. I believe I have a right to know , ( for your info , I have told SD Jerry ) , - and I believe GGP have a duty to inform me , and the rest of the exceptionally large % age of retail shareholders. T his is data known to most Institutional SH,s . GGP is also not in the run of common exploration companies/.
I believe that other shareholders should make SD aware of his obligations .

We knew nearly 2 years ago that Hav was resourced at around 5M oz ( including CU est. ).
My advisers tell me that we are certainly 10M and probably nearer 20 M oz.
Or do you know different ??

Resource estimates , PFS , extent of Havieron growth , etc ., which if I read my post again , i perceive is all mentioned

It is not to be that Shaun Day is a splendid CEO who appears to make great efforts to maintain contact with his " Retail " investors.
It is also well known that GGP is a massive discovery , with Havieron expanding in all directions and Scally wag lighting up the horizon , and other prospects coming into view.
But apart from we " Retail " factually knowing that SD is acquiring a powerful and knowledgeable BOD , we ( also incidentally the owners of GGP ) being RNS informed as to a whole mass of info dating back over 18 months about T/O approaches , drill results , expanding dimensions of Havieron , progress on Scallywag , other prospects , etc. etc. etc .. there appears to be now a total silence. WHY ???
I believe that GGP ( irrespective of NCM's or Newmonts views , ) have an absolute responsibility to keep its retail owners
, who are in actuality an enormous %age of the shareholding , as I am sure the institutional ( actual and prospective are ) .
A few weeks is nothing. 18 months is a massive amount of time to withhold vital / critical / company data . SD should exercise his / our company rights and update those of us who have funded GGP for many years now.
What is happening is SP suppression ( legal ?? or illegal ?????? )
SD - please open up the silence OR tell us why not

@ Ron-Burgundy. Have faith if you wish to remain invested.......BUT ....remember.....
GGP is a piddling little AIM exploration company..,... barely heard of by 99.999% of the investing public.
It has little capital , NO revenues , NO authority credited assets , NO actual production of product , .....
with no mining licence , etc, etc.
The institutions may well know , but they are not allowed to invest client money in piddling little AIM companies , ...99% of whom go bust, ... Most early and hopefully successful AIM explorers take 10 to 15 years to get where GGP have got in 5 , and PLUS , we have a huge mining company in a JV, with a processing plant down the road desperate for GGP feedstock.
All it has ( and of course every one of the LSE board as well ) is well aware what has been notionally drilled for , and the size of this notion growing by the minute and the hour , we know it has a superb CEO , who is assembling an incredible collection of fellow board expertise around him to develop a large mining company , we have investment and geology expertise on this BB who are well aware that this mammoth is bigger and better than anyone is prepared to officially admit publicly , ( still growing ) and we know that some of the globes largest mining companies are sniffing around .
We do know they are digging a large access hole down to the richest ( notionally ) ore bearing bodies , and are hundreds of metres and millions of dollars into that bit of starter work. We know of plans to consolidate the GGP shares and of plans to join the ASX. The Aus Government have even given GGP development grants.
But all of this has to be officially rubber stamped..... and it will be soon .....that time is not far off.
It is going to happen . BUT - As yet we do not even own a permission to mine. And all that is just Havieron. GGP own prospecting rights all over W.A. that could well equal Hav.
Like many others on this board , I predict that Xmas 2023 is going to be pretty enjoyable, and 1st quarter 2024 even better.
So just take Paddy Gals advice and sit tight.

I am sure young Panama will correct me if I am wrong , but I believe SD stated that 12% of all Australian earnings are required to be invested in Oz fund / institutions . So not only existing huge chunks of money waiting to be invested in a goliath Havieron plus, plus, plus , but ongoing future contributions As Panama states - The Yellow Brick Road,

Last Sunday , ( 5th Feb ) 0n BBC 1 Countryfile From about 32 minutes in , for 7 / 8 minutes , they ran some coverage on SXX ( not sure which company is now mining it - the only producing Polyhalite mine in the world , 100 years supply , needs no processing once mined , incredibly effective fertiliser, , now in full production.
What on earth did we miss >?????
