Any negotiation that we/ GGP are in will be well aware of any revised MRE / resource measurement , and its result will not affect any outcomes.

The only purpose of a Gold / PM /base metal EXPLORATION company is to drill and find it. Any good results fulfil the purpose of the company. This has nothing to do with any other detailed inter company negotiation. An MRE is a routine progressive base result of the ongoing exploration . It is why / what I invested for , and I wish to know how GGP's labours are progressing. They are spending my money ,- and yours. Whether or not they are in secret discussions with Rio Tinto or Barrick is by the by.

We all know the results of the 1st MRE ( 6.2 M oz. ) as they have been officially published 18 months ago.

We all know , - everyone knows , that subsequent successful drilling has enlarged the Havieron prospect from / to "" a fraction of a fraction " , "" a goliath "", etc...... from the CEO.s own mouth .....to 9Mozs , 12M ozs . Whatever .

MRE 2 will not affect anything , any negotiation , T/Over , part sale , acquisition , .... nothing . It is not news . So publish it.

Or provide us with any good justifiable reason why not.

What I know as a fact is that Jeremy M states one thing and SD states another . I do not blame the institutions. I blame the Company for not keeping its large majority " retail " shareholder / owners of the company properly and routinely informed of the progress that they are achieving with our " retail " money. GGP has a duty to provide that info .

It is time that we shareholders / owners of the company were treated properly. I am now fast losing faith with the integrity of SD and GGP.

Sure as blazes ......Then am I to treat Jeremy M as a deliberate misrepresenter of GGP truth. The latest MRE is not a private secret . This is what an exploration company does for a living . It explores ....and hopefully finds . It does nothing else.

Whatever it finds - good or bad ...it should keep its shareholders fully informed. It is our money that financed GGP . MRE is a basic measurement process of success , ( or failure ) and GGP have a duty to publish the results. Or has our Jeremy ( and SD ) withheld all of this info from Newmont and the Aussie Institutions . ????? Not on your nellie.

Is someone trying to convince me that with all the dealings with Newmont, the institutions and ASX , that I am in receipt of the same info as them.

You have to laugh. I am now losing all faith with SD and GGP . It is long past the time that full release of MRE etc should have happened for we majority retail owners. We are being done over.

B4zh..........and others. If you do not understand the meaning of consolidation , then do not invest. Or read up , do some research , and ensure you understand the process.

Fact ..... Consolidation is just a mathematical rearrangement / conversion of the number and the value of the shares at a point in time in which the value you hold is exactly the same £££ amount post conversion........just fewer shares at a higher price.

Fact ..... it is not a dubious company scheme to screw you , the shareholder by GGP.

Having watched with admiration our beloved ER2's coronation and impeccable reign , I now find impossible to come to terms with 2 adulterers who contributed to my much admired Diana's demise and the damaged relationships with her children , , and mixed with dubious Middle East financiers for perks . I will not be watching any of constructed PR , or any tedious hours and hours of TV. Thank goodness for Sky Sport and the Film Channel.

@@@ Selecta ........ I think that his reply is more than just bland politician speak . I have to say that firstly he replied ( as he always does to my regular communications ), and that his reply is an honest one on which he has checked his info first . But it is not an area of his expertise. But we do know each other personally , and writing to ones MP does keep him updated on his constituents thinking and concerns. It is something everyone should do.

The owner "" Retail " shareholders rights should be totally recognised , and be a legal priority of all companies. They should be on a company register ( e-mail address ) , and at all times notified of .............??? all things. AGM voting should be laid wide open and not left in the hands of others . By law.
This is also much , much more important for small early start companies and for exploration companies like GGP ( AIM particularly ) where investor risk is so much higher in the earlier years.

@@@ BERTIES BOY . these boards are intended for courteous ( and I stress the word courteous ) debate. However there are those who get seriously disagreeable if you happen to disagree with their view on things . You are absolutely free to have concerns about SD's remuneration , and particularly at this stage of the program. I am sure there are many others who would agree with you . I happen to have views on the timely disclosure of data and progress , particularly from an exploration company , and have been similarly discourteously abused for my views. But as you say these things are genuine opinions , not hard data .
This is why I ask for support on the Petition looking for change in company law. You , me , we , all actually own GGP and provided the original capital to get it off the ground , and with only a 2 to 3 % chance of not losing my investment.
Every single S.H. should be registered ( e-mail address ) with the company and should be clearly kept informed on all significant data , events , dates , voting rights ( which may well allow you to express a view on executive remuneration ) etc. etc.
I actually now have total faith in a successful future for GGP , - not only HAV , but for multiple strikes in their other prospects. They will make my grandchildren wealthy. We have been fortunate / lucky . Keep up the contributions . The more courteous , informed contributers to this excellent board , the better.
