@@@ Bamps , As always you are technically correct,.... the two items are related , but the SP is a free ranging figure on its own that can blossom or wither according to events.
The market cap is but a function of the free ranging SP, that can change by the minute, by an RNS, by a large market trade , by a rumour , and as should be in our GGP case, by the discovery of one of the largest discoveries , globally, Ozzie wise , Paterson wise , of AU, of CU , of Nickel , of ???????, and with the knowledge that only a fraction of a fraction has been confirmed.

What a totally amazing event. 70 years on the throne and the best HM can do is parachute with Daniel into the 2012 Games and rock it around the tea table with Paddington.
Many years ago , they invented something called " son et lumiere " which I seem to remember was illuminated on the naval Museum frontage at Greenwich. And now ...WHOW !!!! unbelievable lighting.
A bit disappointing seeing Charlie fall asleep at the wheel whilst all around him were singing along madly - especially kate - but that probably speaks predictably for his reign when he eventually takes over. ( hopefully not for at least another 5 to 10 years )

Great memories. I lived the war through in S****horpe and as you will know , with the demand for steel , the Iron Works used to tip **** , day and night to meet the demand for steel . At night , in 1944 , I could look mup and see ( and hear ) hundreds of Superfortresses going over to Germany to beat the S**t out of Hitler.
My nursery / Junior School had its football field covered in anti aircraft guns.
My home was the base for the ARP , run by my dad.
George V1 was on the throne , and the Queen was a lovely teenager. What an amazing girl she has been. Hard to find a bad word to say about her.
In 1958 as a student , I worked for NCP as a student , and was in charge of the field and gate between the Epsom Station and the race course , not filled until HM had driven through in her coach She winked at me as I let her through.
Hard Ridden won with Charlie Smirke on board, and I won £1-50.
Just take me back. They were great days. No woke, no LBGT , no cancel culture , ..... people were normal.

At the end of WW2 , my dad used to play cricket at Scampton, and as a curious 6 / 7 year old, when there were hundreds of Lancasters and US Superfortresses there , I was allowed to sit in the pilots seats. A lot has happened since then.
