Hi Zebediah!
Actually it's more like 125km, most of it paved main road. I'd reckon a truck can do two round trips in daylight a day with two drivers per truck. The zinc ore will be high grade, so you're not actually talking about moving a huge tonnage of dirt.
As for the JORC, it is an "inferred" resource, which is the lowest category of certainty in these things. The three categories are inferred, indicated and measured. Essentially, it is a question of how many drill holes have been sunk, and how far apart they are - the more information there is the higher the category of certainty.
That said, I'm relaxed about the Star Zinc JORC being only inferred for two reasons:
Firstly, it's clear that the high grade willemite has clearly defined edges and is, essentially, a massive zone of high grade ore. JORC measures this kind of deposit well. (In contrast, JORC often measures things like nuggety gold deposits inaccurately.)
Secondly, Galileo have access to a mass of historical drill results from the 1970s. These drills holes are not included in the JORC report (not allowed), but Galileo will have compared their own results against the historical holes, and used them as a double check.
