The board is swapped with people who have no understanding of the science or the business side of small bio tech companies ..

IMM have a late stage asset , one that is ground breaking and far superior than anything else in the market ..hence to action any deal of substance is to be a going concern and have the cash balance on record for any potential Big fish to see that should we wish to continue advancing the P140 , we can and only create more interest from another Party that is also at this stage fishing around to see another trail completed before they make a offer ..

How will this funding support a larger price payed for IMM ,simple , the talks taking place between IMM and Big Fish will be at a level of standing as IMM will accept the first offer , as they are now have room to develop further and neg harder .. Had they not raised then the buyer would have the upper hand as they wold be mindful that IMM dont have a cash runway for much longer and will / should accept any offer that has been made .
