Guys anyone who posts a seriously positive post 24 hours ago and then decides out of the blue that this is a bad investment and has no factual proof of who is selling and why , should understand St martins has his own agenda , like me he knows this is going to be taken over and likely candidate is Melton and the board have issued themselves significant shares that they cant cash out until the mid 0.20 s..

There are so many institutional investors who have sold out of a company and then boom , and they buy back in .. The RNS confirming the full ownership was a deal that was completed years ago .. and final payment has now been payed ...

History itself proves the assets and it keeps doubling ..

St martins , bad karma , he is clearly going to double up on his investment and hence wants to get in even cheaper just in case ...

St martins , the Hellenic deal was agreed some years ago , and was based ona legal agreement , they had to sell 100 per cent to Rock .. Read the RNS ..

Rostra did not bail , they are in trouble and hence it was a distressed sell .. end of ..

The facts are clear here , history and the JOK report confirms as well as the entire board being having skin in the game . that this company will be bought out in the near term BY Melton ..
