CAW1 please explain why you think the decision about the purchase of this resource is connected with the weather. The buyer will be aware of that weather, they will start work when the weather permits if they decide to buy it. They will buy it because when the weather is nice and sunny, they can dig lots of nice minerals up.

CAW1 anyone who is bidding on this would be aware of the location and the weather, so I'm baffled by your question.

Interestingly the 1707 trade is not showing on Eurasia's own "latest trades" page, nothing after 16.35.

ADVFN live prices shows 32.9 up 7.9%, bid 31 offer 31.5. So a similar conundrum. I think something is afoot.

Where do you get a 7 billion market cap from ? The market cap is simply the current share price multiplied by the number of shares. It is derived, not a starting point.

GeeJay there are "Chinese walls" between the UBS divisions, but they are not watertight. Of course they wouldn;t "tell" their client to close, but they might advise them along the lines that "we feel this may not go lower, so you might consider whether you should continue to hold this position, nudge nudge".

That is twice recently that a UBS client short was closed. Could it be that UBS are advising them to close ? Wonder why they would do that ?!!

The reality is that all we know is there are discussions with at least one party, which are dragging on, There may be a sale of only part of the assets, in which case it will be up to the BOD to decide on the size of a special dividend, if any. I hope this will not be the outcome, of course.
