My understanding is this.. The company has applied for listing on ISDX. If the company do not receive a NOMAD for their existing AIM listing by the 8th December all trading of shares (ISDX & AFPO) will be suspended. If no NOMAD is found within the allotted suspension period they will be booted off AIM but their shares will continue to be listed on ISDX. The above point however does beg the question of how they will function as a going concern since they technically will be trading insolvent. Given they cannot place or raise cash during a suspension period IF they return they will need to immediately raise cash via ISDX. Flippers will not entertain that, given that ISDX is highly illiquid regardless of whatever discount they are given they will not be able to flip their holdings. Any quality IIs will not take a position given the current state of the company and the compounding debt figure that is looming. Therefore the only outcome is to go pop.. lets see how AFPO spin it.

I wouldn't hold you breath big bear, they're probably busy with other things now this cow is dead.. No point telling anyone and the SP crashing to zero after they paid about £5k to get onto ISDX

Suspension limits the ability to place and with no cash in the bank and mounting debts there is only one place this will now go.. in the bin. Mrs Clayton ain't gonna be happy.. unless of course, she didn't lend the company anything and it was all a misunderstanding???

People buying in now are chancers. People like stonedchic who literally hasn't got the common sense he/she was born with. We all like a gamble from time to time and there is nothing wrong with it but to come on a BB of a massively failing company and promote it that it's going to do very well is dangerous. There is absolutely nothing to see here, even if it did carry on what can it hope to achieve the BOD have run this in to the ground. All those £millions squandered on absolutely nothing with salaries to boot. You may as well go give the proceeds to a 3 year old atleast they'd have something to show for it and may buy you a lollipop.

There are a few AIM companies that are successful and have solid fundamentals with great future prospects the issue is they are few and far between. The best you can do is research solidly on fundamentals and take a long term approach, HUM, SXX and TLOU are good companies with decent potential but most PIs aren't interested because they are usually wanting a quick buck buying any old dog just to get in on the back of a 20-50% rise. It depends if you are an investor or a trader, you can adhere to either style and do well on AIM you have to learn however that when something smells fishy to move on and ignore what most of the uneducated PIs are telling you. Whilst they're feeding you BS to rise the price and hope you buy, they're selling off in the background.
