What I'm saying is the funds may not be from a bucket shop just an existing investor as explained in the RNS and thus we await a TR1. Nobody is flipping per say just PIs selling out that weren't sure why they bought in in the first place and that's fine, not sure why they would be each to their own. Discount on placing is a little OTT however it would be fine if they stipulated a lock in clause although this has not been published

Could be the start of more deals, it's extra cash in the coffers. Not overly concerned because if it drops further I'll be adding more.

I have a small holding still I was in from under 3p and sold my largest chunks at 13.6p. Left a little in for the ride but decent profit so took it.

Did some further reading last night, pretty happy with my initial buy here so will certainly be adding more this week. I think this has great potential and more so than the conservative broker target of 10p given the news and developments of late.

Yep Kums, I have funds available to add so should it fall under 1p I'll be doing a little shopping. It's all noise between now and news, makes no odds what the SP does really because I'm sure like you and Eyeguy none of us will be selling until we get the true value for our holdings.

Del sure is, markets not grabbed this one yet. Absolute stonking buy and announcement of contracts will be appearing soon.. This is going to be a huge buy and hold with patience with a rerate due very short term.

I don't think a cash call is needed anytime soon. The RNS details the fact that an additional £13mill is needed since they estimate £36 mill. They already have a facility in place to draw down an additional £23 mill on top of the £24mill they have in the bank. The £13mill can come in the way of an open offer, additional debt or debt and equity issue however I don't see as a near term answer. I think this will be sometime down the line and even then id imagine it be a fair solution for existing SHs. A lot of companies don't get off the ground as they don't get the financing. This has already been secured for the biggest portion and as stated in the RNS they already have headroom so talk of an equity imvho is someway off if at all. Companies who secure debt financing usually rerate close to cash issue therefore this is massively disjointed. I would expect to see ATLEAST £8-£10mill MCAP here now extremely short term. Huge upside.
