It isn't being taken private thes taking advantage of the ridiculous sp when sentiment properly returns and a few years down the line when this has blown over the SP will reap the rewards of the bargain basement prices. It's business accumen and certainly the best way to spend revenues for investors benefits. Better spent on a buyback than dividends

TBH it's irrelevant, even those with hedges will suffer. You don't see JD falling 10% I actually think SPD are enjoying the fall since it allows a further soak of share but backs. If I'd have seen the price before close I'd have added another position, be patient guys current PE is already flawed in light of negative sentiment. You won't find a cheaper blue chip.

Ballistic, I think ESG is in a great position. People buying at these levels will do very well. The market hasn't quite captured the full potential here but they will.. most when the price is much higher.

Only £100k placed at 5p. Good look but wasn't it IRG who played a similar trick only recently? Raised £60k at a premium, SP rallied and then out came the real cash call and decimated it. Well done those on profit, atb.
