The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Gee whiz there's never a magic money tree when you need one, non dilutive funding really is the pitz!
Reminded of what Denzel once told me, 'the little devils come when they really really want what YOU hold'. I got it Denzel mate...
Bidding for large six figure chunks, brakes could be coming off soon...
Releived to hear there's half a chance with some positive updates. Can't help feeling for those who were waiting for 25p, and now looking at 40 if they're quick :(
'or perhaps the clever ceos that have been approached took one look and smiled'
I'm not surprised they were smiling at the opportunity, it's a pity for them we just decided to keep the money.
I'll be disappointed if we don't have a new CEO after Sarawak and surrounds shake out..
The decision not to bring in a new CEO has saved us a fortune in the last 12 months, seems clever enough as they wait for the politics to catch up. Worth remembering insiders/cornerstone investors all still in play here, and have much more to win or lose than any of us.
You're right, a positive development affecting the outlook won't change the fact we've made nothing and spent very little
Not sure why they'd delay unless there's something coming along in the next month or so to improve the picture.
Apologies for the shameless plug, but if any of you guys are interested there's a conference call with UPL tomorrow at 10am. Roberto Bencini, who was looking at Tendrara for a competitor of sound, is Upland's man on the ground in Tunisia. They've discovered light oil seeps unlike anything else on the block, indicating a very ancient source rock. Roberto very excited as salt trap layer also present........ similar ingredients to tendrara and the 85TCF Hassi R Mel. Seismic not been done to the depth required before, to test this theory, but will be soon. If anyone fancies delving a bit deeper you'll get much better info from Roberto tomorrow. Apologies again and good luck!
Good move today, even with a relatively small amount of net buying. It's a tightly held stock, as you say it'll be fascinating to see how this plays out when news drops. Tunisia expansion?.. Or partner? Update near term.
Sarawak situation settling down, hoping for big things when we get the green light.
Might even get a tasty farm out in the North sea!
Lots to play for, good luck all sufferers. Spoonfuls of medicine surely on the way!
They're self replicating, wash your hands on the way out...
Seems to be a concerted effort very recently, across both boards, to make out PIs are being paid to ramp, when they're actually just involving themselves in their investment. We are not the same as you, we have a viable reason for our actions, our positions are logical, we don't work out ever changing themes of fearfulness. Not so bad on this board, it's more bitter ex investors, but the other board is moronic sensationalism, from one stable, turned up to the max. Tiresome and boring, thank goodness we have the new site to escape the madness.
None of course. Lilyjack is very obviously some clown with a spoof account. Bizarre to see the lengths people are going to twist reality. Fascinating to see this play out, adding when possible.
His claims on performance over the years dramatically outperform open and verifiable public portfolios. He must be an absolute genius. As far as bids go, he'll be fully loaded again before you hear any positivity, just the way he is.
Is that why you're still paying attention to the bulletin board?
There's a lot of super honesty going on lately, even when it's to the detriment of the super honest's own investment. On the circle of honesty, super honesty and super dishonesty sit side by side. I know which side I believe certain posters to be on. To get one concerned super honest holder desperate to talk down his holding would be a surprise, but to get a few...... I'm afraid the narrative loses credibility.
Anzu might get a share of the cheap and cheerful mobile games, but if they don't dramatically improve their product I can't see them in any high fidelity AAA games. Let's see what comes from the testing we're already doing, and how the land grab goes. If it goes well with the big publishers, revenues will follow, but even more important, our attractiveness will skyrocket.
The lumen research paper may give a more accurate view on the effectiveness of the ads. To me they look incredible, so natural, esp in grid. Compare them to anzu's ads and you'll realise why somebody's already jumped ship and are now testing with bids.
Goodness me, you should run off and change your name back to Smith, that E has gone straight to your head
Smith, I don't know if you know, but this really doesn't reflect well on you. As for helx , such a stranger to logic I've never known!
Be careful guys, you're in danger of talking yourselves into getting left behind this week. Don't forget the numbers are priced in, what do you think happens next? Don't rule out competition from scrambling shorts closing either.
