RE: MTP!!10 Jun 2020 11:54
Always keep an interested eye here, that one day they'll break out of the never ending cycle of raising money, yes PF has been unlucky but there's no escaping poor management decisions & promise that's never yet materialised. Personally I'm not convinced Iran would have ever happened, ferry never took off at all and was a poor decision, and if they were good they would have closed more airport rr deals.
They've been really unlucky to lose the Lunghi income, and I suspect the debt would be being paid off by now had Covid not hit, I believe that was the intention and it was a good intention, personally I'm not convinced that Covid sales can cover that income loss sufficiently.
But looking forward Lunghi will eventually recover, MT revenue will increase albeit at what I believe is a low level of profit (but just imo), they're getting regular income from tech sales, probably not great right now but Covid sales should cover that element atm.
Personally I don't believe they are profitable and cash generative at this exact point in time, and I believe they might be just below break even with a fully functioning Lunghi, annual tech sales and increasing MT but a further low profit airport rr could just be the catalyst for a profitable business with the removal of their debt position and that is probably when the fundies would buy in.
I'm not in right now but remain interested, there remains the chance of a future for current holders, some companies go for years and years on aim before they finally take off (they tend to be the quiet boards however)
