and therein lies the problem, "they've done" is looking at the past but the stock market looks to the future. Don't get me wrong, I'm back in at 7.86 so I'm not blind to the opportunity, Lunghi will grow from here as will Tema, if the margins are decent at Tema then they are moving forward but it'll take something extra to break out in a big way imo

You are kidding right, they would need to be generating cash to start a share buyback. They would need a placing to be able to do that lol

or the cynic in me suggests its put out there to help Riverfort/YA get rid of a nother slug of shares, it's not exactly a mind blowing rns imo

Morwen, when you say "thousands of shares" I would expect at least 1/2 million shares at least from a single director (about £40k) to show confidence, they bought a piddly amount in May that was treated with the disdain it deserved, after the big wage they have been collecting every year they should be able to afford big share purchases imo, PF is on £200k a year plus benefits for starters

Well I bought in at 9.4 before the podcast expecting a rise, we know how well that one went lol. The only credit I can give that lying trader DHC.. was his comment on expectation of cash and the lack of mention in todays rns (cash as of now !), that was the red flag element I was also looking for, so I was glad to get out on the spike at 9.51 with a few pennies profit lol.
I'm not sure where they go from here, they're unlikely to need cash right now although I figure they are burning it currently, and likelihood of Riverfort/YA selling too (which of course will raise some cash), on the buck side they might eventually need it above 10 if they do need to raise cash in the future else it's consolidation time, so could be a pump at some point also

The forecasts on that sheet are rarely wrong

Much as I'm in the same boat as you in wanting the sp to rerate we've yet to see that revenue increase translate into bottom line profit and a dividend, the market cap is probably about right until the market sees a step change

They tend to do it in advance so I'm told, may have already happened then

In their rns of 7/2/20 in relation to the new financing agreement they wrote:"The Company has therefore entered into a new financing and settlement agreement ("Financing and Settlement Agreement") to secure additional financing from the Investor for a gross amount of up to £5,000,000 with a commitment by the Company to draw down on at least £2,000,000 of funding, with the decision of the Company as to whether to take more that £2,000,000 being in the sole discretion of the Company"And by my calculations using the rns's of "issue of equity" I make it they've drawn down about £800k of this £2m up to and inc the 30th July issue rns - am I making a correct calculation ? if so sheesh, long way to go and glad I'm not invested at this point, it would only be a trade if I did
