HL emailed me today regarding my entitlement to the open offer. I have applied for more shares than my entitlement. Interesting to see if I get them.

Some people are very quiet today, for example me! I couldn’t stop myself locking in a very small profit in my SIPP when we were 23% up. Still hold a lot more in my dealing account & ISA. Hope this is just the start and Bob can splash out on a spade to go with the trowel.

Just to confirm I have understood this correctly - a qualifying shareholder is entitled to subscribe to one share at a discounted price of 60p for every 50 shares they own?

I really like this company, exciting times ahead.

I have sat on my hands, for the time being. Hopefully we have turned a corner. But I can entirely understand why some people did sell after such a poor performance over the last year. NFX have got a lot of confidence to restore. I won’t knock anyone for selling.

You can count me in the same boat as well, better make it a large one, it’s got a lot of passengers in it.

I also had a look at the Allenby research timeline. Earliest anticipated licensing in Q3 if I have understood correctly.

Annoyed with myself for continuing to hold and add. Only myself to blame.

One positive is that Anne seems a lot more professional and a least we have some detail on what is going on.

Personally I will sell some of my holding before the end of the tax year. The shares in my ISA and SIPP I can’t offset against other gains so will hold.

And some credit to Anne, I guess, for such a detailed RNS. I have read and re-read it several times. I am disappointed that we are not close to a deal but at least we have some clarity on Ebers , VistaGen & our prospects in Asia, even if it isn’t good news.

Like others, I would have liked the BOD to have stumped up more than a 25k aggregate in the placing. It’s seems a bit derisory to me.

No more for me, invested too much already.

My wife has threatened to lamp me if she hears me mention NFX again, can’t say I blame her.

Yes, It’s good to see some director participation in the placing. Sadly for me I have invested more than their aggregate and at a considerably higher price.

End of the tax year deadline for me, as I have gains elsewhere that could be offset.
I also hold NFX in my ISA & SIPP, but smaller quantities, all heavily in the red.

I really hope the update is a good one, with clearly defined progress and better still a worthwhile deal. For some reason NFX has got a grip on me, and I will be much more disappointed selling this share at a loss than any other in the past. GLA

I don’t know Bob, this share confounds me. Down over 7% and I was expecting a firm day in the blue.

I know the overall market is weak today, but do you think there is still some fallout from IG requiring people to close their spread bet positions?

I tend to agree ForFXSake. Why would DG and then CB leave if good news imminent?
I wish CB well and I hope it is nothing serious, but in the context of all the other BOD shenanigans it does give me cause for concern.
