I agree, I am very optimistic that fast track will be approved.

I think this is a great stock, and the potential is massive. Any pull backs and I will view it as an opportunity to add to my holding.

I’m not so sure NKOTBUK about the 60 days to object. The FDA site quotes “ FDA will review the request and make a decision within sixty days based on whether the drug fills an unmet medical need in a serious condition.”
It reads to me that they just have 60 days to make a decision, or have I misunderstood?

To be fair Miagi, I like your posts, it never hurts to have your views challenged.
I’m holding and in for the long term so hopefully will ride this uncertainty out, but I respect your point of view.

If the SP was to double tomorrow I would still be substantially in the red and I only bought in February. Albeit the day before DT “resigned” and the SP plummeted, never to recover.
It’s been a dire year for NFX, and to paraphrase a previous quote from Chab, it’s going to need a “tsunami” of an RNS to make any real dent in the SP.

Miagi, I respect your opinion, and all the other posters. There have been some very articulate posts and it is good to have a balanced argument.

IMO I think it’s bad news short term and the SP may go down further as the market hates uncertainty and it doesn’t reflect well on the BOD, but I am holding and will possibly add. I am in for the long term, I’m down overall 11%, but I think this company has a big future so I’m hanging in. Hope I don’t have to revise my opinion. GLA

If it was just some FTSE stock, I would have binned it by now, but NFX has got some inexplicable hold on me, so I’m stuck with it. Perhaps because I believed it really could do some good. Not very rational, but then it’s that type of stock.

Totally agree Zeeco & Yuyus. And a categorical ‘no’ to will I buy more at this price.

I made an ill advised top up a month ago at 4.32p and which is now over 30% down and over 60% down on my initial investment back in February. I hope we get news soon, but I am sceptical.

Getting a bit of a déjà vu feeling on that one MrNation. I have a feeling I’ve seen it before on the 30th October, 6th & 17th November.

Unfortunately I don’t think NFX have the same definition of “short term” that we do.

I emailed a fortnight ago also using the template contact page. I’m not surprised they haven’t replied. I did suggest they checkout this board to get some feed back from their long suffering, loyal shareholders. It was slightly tongue in cheek, but I was very frustrated at the poor performance of the SP on that particular day.

Is Fleur Wood, Investor Relations, still a consultant, and if so what does she do? I think NFX could do with some help in that department. Of course some positive news would negate the need for an adviser.

Some very interesting posts today, I think it’s an excellent board to be on.

If I was hiring, a salesman would be top of the list.

I invested in NFX too because it had so much potential to do good, and hopefully to make a return on my money. It’s the main reason I have hung in and catch up with the chat here. Any “normal” stock I would have binned by now.

Any news, preferably good, is urgently needed.
I have invested money and a “belief” in NFX and the potential I thought it had. If I am wrong put me out of my misery, then I can write off my investment and my involvement in you.
