Yeah completely agree Dave. If everything goes to plan and the merger goes ahead and we end up exercising the PUT option (reminder the board don't have to exercise it should they not want to), I would like to see us maybe sell £1m worth of shares which enables them to have working capital as well as funds to put into pre IPO companies. Would like to see Aeristech doing something soon as well!

I'm not disputing that at all but we don't have confirmation on that. We do have a list of resolutions though, which is what we can go on at the moment and as said in my previous post, it doesn't all add up.

I'm not trying to deramp but judging by the resolutions it all doesn't make sense. They have said they are fully funded for a year then why do they need to raise £220k via CLNs? Even the most ardent MODE supporter will know that CLNs are the worst way to generate funds (especially if they aren't needed). IF the CLNs have the same conditions as the last ones the holders will be able to convert into shares at a discounted price and further dilute other shareholders.

Is everyone just going to ignore the resolution 4 then? CLNs (they worked so well last time) at a 40% discount on today's SP. Not hard to see what the CLNs did to the SP last time.

Shock, the usual rampers come back for a day, price rises a little, they sell and off they go. Feel for anyone who gets sucked into their ramping and hits the buy button.

Just remember - Because a price was multiples of the current share price last week doesn't mean it is now a buy. To say nothing has changed from last week is correct but also nothing has changed from when this was trading at half of what the SP is now. This needs news to have a meaningful impact, until then this is a pure punt pumped by desperate rampers.

Nothing we didn't know already but good to get it in an RNS. May get on a few more radars bearing in mind the MCap is below the value of the PUT option alone.

This is the problem here, lots of pumping and then lots of dumping. fundamentals are here but struggles to rise consistently without a glut of sells.

The Spread doesn't help here, 25%!!

Well CIZ certainly started the day better but we have finished better! Getting closer to D Day.
