The bollies are tightening and I am told that that can point to a period of the SP flat lining more or less ............ before there is a breakout. As the SP is currently trading at its support level, that would suggest the breakout will be upwards.

You have spotted something very big here IMHO, which many folks, including me, had overlooked. The value for Microsoft in LinkedIn was the data that it had/does generate(d). I could see CYK monetising the data that it will capture. Unlike LinkedIn, where the data is fairly broad, from people changing job to people attending a conference in Bognor Regis, CYK's data will be highly focused, on that most valuable of things, people. Just think of the data that it will collect - gender, age, location, salary, marital status etc, etc, etc.

IMHO the company needs to issue an advisory statement explaining how it will generate revenue and profit and, even more importantly, what its forecast revenue and profit is for the next 12 months.
