If CYK raises £750,000 at the current SP of 2.375p, the company will need to issue 31,578,947 new shares. That would equate to a dilution of 14.5%. I may be wrong but I reckon that the market has already price in the dilution. If I am correct, then we should see a tick up after the fund raising has been announced.

They say that the AI agent market will grow to in excess of $47bn/annum by 2030. If CYK had 1% of that it would have annual revenues of $470m. And say it has a revenue/market cap of 2, that would value the company at nearly $1bn. None too shabby I think.

I have just read an article about Open AI trying to shut down a programme and the AI rewriting its own code to prevent that from happening. It even sent copies of itself to other servers and sent threatening emails to the engineer that was trying to shut it down. Scary stuff.

Me thinks MAST is another hope, hype and speculation share. Look at the revenue over the last 2 years. I earn more than that in overtime and bonuses! And its borrowings are already eye watering. Any early stage capital intensive business is a huge risk IMHO.

I think that we need to wait and see what transpires. Personally, I do not think that anyone has stolen CYK's IP and, let's face it, El Bixby et al would not be so stupid as to allow such a thing to happen. Sundae Bar is just a selling agent, nothing more. Think about an estate agent. They advertise your house for sale but that doesn't mean that they have stolen it from you.
