Well, that M&C Saatchi statement has certainly p*ss*d big time on BBSN's fireworks.

Never a good idea to go public and say, as BBSN did, that you have made an offer for a business, or part of a business, that you think will be high earnings and value accretive. In other words, if you succeed in buying it, you have got it on the cheap. Doh!

Statement regarding press speculation

The Board of M&C Saatchi (the "Board") notes the recent press speculation relating to the Company's M&C Saatchi Performance division (the "Division"). The Board can confirm it received an unsolicited approach for the Division from Brave Bison Plc (the "Offer"). The Board is of the view that the Offer fundamentally undervalues the Division and does not reflect the future prospects for the Division which forms a core element of the Company's growth plans; as such no discussions are ongoing.

The Board remains focused on delivering value for the Company's shareholders.

It will be interesting to see how the market reacts. A big plus in terms of the acquisition but a serious minus in terms of the dilution. IMHO, the reaction will set the general direction of the SP for the next 6 months.

Just a thought but could ALRT become a takeover target for one of the big defence companies looking to take advantage of ALRT's early mover advantage, strong and well connected management team, initial products and all the other positive attributes that the ALRT has? It would certainly help with execution risk, funding eta al.

It will be interesting to see what the MMs do to try and generate more trades.

For me, a low volume should equal less volatility which should become a springboard for a meaningful rise in the SP.

The Bollies are starting to indicate a reduction in SP volatility. The last time that there was a sustained period of little volatility the next move in the SP was up at nose bleed inducing pace - from around 0.55p to 4.10p over a period of about one month.

All IMHO, DYOR and ask Brenda Rodgers (a beautiful human being who has time on his hands right now).

This is a significant RNS IMHO. Not only a $5 million contract in NY, which is a great win, but the first move into OOH advertising, a huge market in the US. JNEO's technology will be able to provide all sorts of options for advertisers which other OOH digital screen owners cannot e.g. real time changes to content to reflect breaking news, weather, time of day etc etc.

This company is going places.
