Correct Snork, I have been here next to a few others almost from the beginning , zero trading , long term investing , I long stood with Bond although I should have been warned as he learned from the best (the Aussie bond , the other) how to blow things up and take a run, anyway I was beaten down asking again and again to get rid of that clown, anyway it happened finally and looks my assessment of him was to the point. Alas, perhaps think before you write, they own the property actaully and they have financed everything already, if they sell to you and dont build or own it it is crimial - yes ! Shorters dont own anything at the time they sell the share to you, they use it theoretically borrowing it somewhere and then try to buy it back cheaper. I think its a difference !

I dont want to discuss shorting, I think just that you need to own something if you sell it, that is like everywhere in life, you can not sell something you don`t own and if you do its criminal, only in stocks you can and manipulate a market with it ! Thinks about it.

As much as I am with you, but more in general terms towards shorting, here and with lots of other companies it is also to blame the management and mostly CEO`s overpromising and not delivering, that together with shorting is a spiral down, if they would deliver what they promise and do their job, there would be no shorting. But generally shorting - borrowing shares you dont own and sell them should be forbidden, I mean you can not rent a house out or a car you dont own, so why should you be allowed to do that with a stock or share ?

First of all thanks for the report from the AGM, if I would be AFC I would go into a licence for a very specific application and use, so that I get some cah in and ongoing return and parallel still have the main target markets free to deal by myself, I am pretty sure there is an application we can not pick up easily and better licence aways.

No one buys out a company with this risk and at this stage , tired of this kind of BS and fear mongering. For small ones it’s to much money and big ones don’t take a company in this stage - end of discussions

I think we all have to give the new guys a chance to clear the mess Bond left the company with, from overpromising and failing again and again, loosing investors trust completely and producing units at a loss without an exit strategie or an strategie at all. The way I see it, we have to get some significant news within the next 8-12 weeks to get the shareprice if lucky back to 30 or 40 p, which could be a level of finance again, they will need to get another 20 million in till the end of the year to perhaps make it close to break even, if 2026 is the year they can sell a unit in combination with the crackers beating the price of oil or and gas without substitutes. We can be lucky if we get to 40 or even 50 p and get a finance then, selling 40 million shares to add, it might drop back then to 30 p, but from there the way if they deliver is free for upwards. Just my view, watching the next weeks until significant news comes we are in the hand of shorters and manipulators, but who is in AFC as long as I, knows also, that with the right news and trust returning to the investors this can quickly jump up from one day to another. No advice at all, we are in a very ciritcal year if not month now. First I would be more then happy if this returns short term back to 10 p and above. Cheers

First all , yes the new team seem to be positive and realistic, but I’ll give them some time before cheering them, have heard to often 1 pound, 5 pound by Xmas and know it’s gonna rocket bla bla. The two seem to be finally what we need but we will see. Shorts, which I am against borrowing shares you don’t own), will most probably not be burned, although I would wish it to them, until now they always got it right and made their money on our costs , probably having some punters here lying to you around the clock , cheers
