If 5 miilion was allocated and 4.2 million signed you dont have to be a genius to figure out that is what not oversuscribed and they allocated 5 million with the knowledge everyone cn get what they want and probably the allocatiuon was to high knowing that. But they wanted not the situation that instis can buy in and ordinary long term investors go to shor tin the allocation just to confirm it was oversuscribed with offering only 2 million shares for example ! You get that ?

I am with you if it was under Bonds rule, the pps would be probably at 8p or even back to 5, but the company gets new credibility with a more seems to be competent management besides putting money where their mouth is, so game change perhaps and no reason at all to guess a pps at or under 10 as no one reasonable sells under the issue price , only if they want to short or there are clowns in the management and you have failed investors multiple time and have a clown CFO , forgot his name already

Adam Bond should have gone 2 years ago , now he just ramped up costly not needed staff to make more money himself and he build uneconomical units no one would make a lease or financing deal by any bank or leasing company with. You can ramp up Finance for building units easily differently if it’s a business not a grave yard ! AFC can finance ramp up of units differently if there is a profit model on each ! The write off is the value of stock bought in at too high prices to build to expensive units compared to what AFc can get as value when selling a unit !
