I’ll give the new guys a chance , but did not like again that they completely ignored ce of the 200 kWh unit and ABB , we will see. For me it was a bit to static reading from a prompter, but I’ll wait and see the final report in March , at all they seem to be more honest and have a plan. What they are wrong in, the pps is by a big part where it is due to lack of transparency and Bond total Binoccio approach , cheers

I’ll bet if a interim for 3-5 month gets an extra of 200k the new CEO will sack in at least 800k and the cfo around 600-700k plus bonus and existing options

Did you read the rns ? They don’t have targets for their option otherwise a plan would have been mentioned or the options structured. They got 2 % of the company as welcome presents

It’s from my side not about options, it’s how easy they can get 2 % of the company without any targets ! Then it’s even more that a interim for what ? 3 month gets a additional 200K , that’s what some real good ceo of private companies with Million turnover often earn in total , it shows the grab and such approach of listed and specially aim listed companies , many directors incompetend but pay themselves a fortune
