Baffled with bit coin someone first mention it to me at 400 dollars after it had jumped from like 10 dollars and I’m thinking no way can it go higher ( tulip madness again I though) then 10k 15k ! Unbelievable rise , so the wolf of Wall Street and others bash it and it t plummets back down to earth , But Bitcoin being Bitcoin back she comes now we hear 400,000! (100,000 in the first wave ) I’ve watched ARB for a while from 6p god only knows where this will end up I believe it’s worth a small punt on the curiosity bet more than a house bet but good luck to all as it’s well traded at the moment, slightly more than sosander 6 trades today “ chuckle “
I’m guessing is starting to fade away? Or this wouldn’t be creeping higher
Bit of a pleasant jump upwards today I must say, every little helps .
£5 by March maybe?
Two massive trades to the normal today but was they buys or sells or uncrossing trades? Hopefully find out tomorrow
My holding by 10k ,( effectively I’ve got my 50p dividend and won’t have to pay tax as I’ve used my personal gains allowance), question is where to stick it! I’ve watched it bumble along for ages in the same 20p band and watched my other shares climb pretty well with the exception of micro focus : Going to put a few k in Marks & Spencer Just wish I did it sooner when I said I would
I like the sound of the dividend Bezo that would be a nice little Xmas present ,
I’m sure this year gets a nosebleed any time it gets near the £2.30 area,!
Now if we all had only put $5000 in Amazon in 1997 it would be worth $4 million now strewth!
Shame this could not onto the 80p marker I guess it stayed there for awhile yes a little tree shakes me thinks that then I think the whole market is having a bit of a pre-Christmas tree shake as we had an excellent run in November a lot of repositioning for years end
Come on playtech hang on to that £4 psychological marker
£20! Ha in my dreams I meant 20p
Looking at the end of September Lows and mid-November lows a drawn line across the graph it looks like we’ve reached that point hopefully the Christmas sales boost we shall bounceback off this back up to the £20 area soon
One thing is certain with this share when it’s in play it’s up and down like a yo yo 20p here 10pthere then 30p moves , time them well you can do v well but in the mean time a stiff drink required!
After all we did have a good run from 24p to nearly 40p which is well over a 50% rise
In my mind I can see this going back to 30p there’s just a few too many headwinds at the moment what with Brexit and yesterdays EU ruling for banks not to pay dividends although I think Lloyds has the capability to do so that might change in the New Year so I bailed yesterday for a small profit hoping to get back in in the New Year
Well sold the kids Lloyds shares for a small profit and decided to park it here for a while ( at least it’s dividend paying although I realise I missed it today ) pretty sure this will come good in the new year not massively but no reason it can’t get back up to 380 area,
Yes “The brand everyone’s talking about” management seem to be doing well and as ladies should no what the consumer will buy .
So after having to sell a while back I’m back in for 4,000 shares , a little holding but every little helps in a diversified portfolio.x
The Joint-venture Has most definitely save Marstons here from a worse situation I think may take a while for these to get back to a pound unless of course is a takeover offer
Are Massively down at the moment probably 90 to 95%. We went into a pub near Basingstoke for a meal Sunday and there was maybe 10 tables in use and they normally fill all the pubs that are doing small meals on the side to sell beer are probably doing very well on the food side of things
Special dividend is Looking like it will be paid on or around the 26th of February 2020 subject to shareholder approval at the general meeting on February 11
Time to sell a few me thinks..
Well this gained 2p and a 9p dividend since the saye came out .
Mark’s n Spencer’s is up nearly 50% from its 95 low a benefit of Debenhams closing no doubt as same kinda people that shop there.
My little bit of diversification in the market is massively paying off compared to this sleeping giant. But I guess it’s safe
