On the downside we seem to have left Decom Awards 22 empty handed in terms of the "Excellence and Collaboration Award". Petrofac and Cairn hoovering up the trophies. Seem to have hushed up the "Frikked up the AGM Award" but I'm sure that was accepted backstage with a celebratory Lambrini or two.

Rumour has it that new CFO Salman Malik smashed Swinney's Beer Pong bar tab record at the after party and was last seen leading a besuited party towards "Private Eyes" to see the night through. Classic team building before a board meeting. Good work.

Hi,

I'm having an interesting chat with a Swedish member on the Discord board.

The company have to give notice of an AGM, 21 days I believe, and promised to do so in the Annual Report which also mentioned the day and date. They have given "Notice" for the last ten years as evidenced in the FCA Storage Mechanism. We can't find the "Notice of an AGM" anywhere, not even official documentation with a start time.

Is this a problem?

With Feb figures in we can compare against Feb update figure for end Jan 21 of 50,810 and FY21 2022 outlook figure of Jan-Feb 50,408. With north sea numbers known the missing link is Malaysia. To get to those figures I have Malaysia doing 7180 boepd for Jan and 7565 boepd for Feb. Nice.

The "problem child" continues to improve, up over 500 to 11741boepd.

I can't find the website that had a fantastic step by step explanation of the math but the formula is: Barrels of crude oil per metric ton = 1 / [141.5 / (API gravity + 131.5) x 0.159]. Sell it by volume in barrels, sell it by mass in tonnes. Two differing prices are not comparators.

Anyhow Oil and Enquest up and down like ebay bids for the entrails of an oligarch's superyacht. Talking of which FPSO Polvo went for $50 million so there is a current reuse baseline.

I don't know what Kraken sells for but that $27 figure ($25 now) was correct for bunker oil price Rotterdam premium against Brent using a conversion formula taking account of density and API. Would reference site if I had the time but all very scientific. Amjad's best clue was the admission of "single digit" premium at one point. Dollars or percent?.
