Debt confirmed tomorrow, presumably before markets open, shares rise to £1.00 (according to China), I can just imagine Sundrum, Tony, mumbles, Dao, Humdrum and the reptile, all pouring the last of their life savings into this slam dunk 20 bagger. Either that or it’ll just be DP and I left on this platform, me with a nice drop of Amorone! It’s beyond exciting.

China. The SP is around 60p. Any CR will be at a discount. Plus Saltend could only work if Longonjo could feed it. So the Company is going to need around $500m and the SP will be around 50 cents so probably a billion shares if you were equity financing the lot. But of course you are free to publish what you like, even your latest mathematical garbage. Having convinced yourself that Pensana shares are really worth a minimum of $10 it must just puzzle you a little bit that the market values them at 72 cents!!

Calculating, no need to panic, you will have excellent opportunities to add to your holding at prices below the current level. Suggest you study very closely the HZM share price pattern.

China. I stated that the process was need patent protection. The company announced in 2020 it had applied for patent protection. You can search the patent register online in minutes. You need to calm yourself down. Be happy with your 500% profit.

Mumbles, the company announced in November 2020 that a patent application was underway. Since then nothing. Like Great Wall, like the ATF, like the Norwegian bond, like the BFS, like Saltend 1.

China you are being ignorant. If Pensana had created some novel process then only a registered patent could adequately protect it. Why? Because otherwise when they installed or commissioned this process the technique would become visible. Coca Cola relies on secrecy alone because their recipe is not patentable. I do not believe that Pensana has a patentable process. Their claim to have discovered in a matter of months a technique for dealing with the thorium, something that has eluded Lynas and all the world’s leading experts, is highly unlikely to be true.

Announcements are rushed, inconsistent, exaggerated and at times downright misleading. It is a pattern common to every venture Atherley has ever been involved with.
