They are part of a multi billion pound group of Saudi companies - so are not just into hotels. This stock is just waking up today with a sell of 3.20 and buy 3.24 roll on the rally - these are a real bargain with a cash generator of 20000 barrels of oil per day at $100 a barrel and debt free with £100million in cash - buy now I've just topped up to £30k cash as this is a no brainer

These are a screaming buy with or without the takeover - I would not like to be short of these over any weekend as it is only a matter of time for saudi funding to be finalised and according to latest RNS "they are making good progress"

Last RNS news update "before end of the summer" - well this would indicate a July or August update on data room JV - so I don't think there will be news in May or June - it is a game of patience day traders will keep getting burned - hold and buy on the dips as value will out. Capricorn energy will hopefully have news of all cash take over on or before 3rd June these are a steal at £3 sitting on 100m cash and producing 20000 barrels of oil per day at $100 a barrel and totally debt free with a NAV of circa £5 they wont be around long - buy a few IMHO as Pantheon is not a quick fix

A major player like Neo will have no problems with authorities getting licences transferred over - so 7.7p is a nice cash pick up - think there is more money to be made on capricorn energy plc CNE - they have a NAV of £5 and a current SP of £3 with bid extended to 3rd June from saudi billionaire company - its a 100% gainer in less than a month and cap are cash rich 20000 barrels of oil per day and 100m in cash at bank - it is a definite buy

Just topped up at 6.5p easiest 18% i will ever make - the SP will soon be at 7.5p making trading worthless - if not keep buying at 6.6p as the offer is 7.7p cash

I suspect the board have given up on deltic as a soon as the Saudis get there finances sorted it will be a sale at 5-6 pound - just topped up some more as the deltic deadline was 20yh May and they came in early - as will be the case here 3rd JUne may be too late

The SP is still very low at 6.5p - the offer is 7,7p cash so there is 18.5% gain just by buying in now post offer

I agree I will be disappointed if saudi bid comes in at £5 + as this stock is so cash generative and the Noth Sea bolt on of Deltic just screams a perfect match upto 10m as there is 60m of tax losses to be calculated into the deal which would be highly beneficial to Capricorn Either way the company has a bright SP future and to get in at £3 today is a real bargain

Day traders bought the share for a fast buck and due to TO delay are bailing till next month - this stock is a bargain at todsys low levels and with or without a TO are worth circa £4.50-5.50 per share. A rerating will occur if TO des not go ahead - best bit about a saudi bidder is you can still buy at £3 a share as ther is no insider dealing going on that would normally propel the SP. Keep buying I topped up today at 2.97

Not bad results cannot be with price of oil so high - cannot see a roaring blue day here but debt being paid down is good with a debt laidened company - long term hold imo

If after a fast return on cash check out capricorn energy (CNE) they are producing 20000 barrels f oil per day in Egypt - debt free circa 100m cash in bank and are £3.06 SP with a NAV of £5 - they are subject of a saudi all caah takeover bid with deadine extended to 3rd June 2006 (due dilligence has been ongoing 2 months) they wont be around at £3 price for long any to bid will be £5.50+ IMO get a few tucked away for an early june or sooner pay day

The 3rd of June is not long to wait - it can be sooner if they get the funding proposal sorted. There cannot be any issue on price or deal would have collapsed so they must be promising circa £5-6 a share all cash

Even if they offer 7.5p like the last deal that fell through it is still a 40% premium to current SP - just bought another 3ks worth - these are worth a punt as it may be 10p a share the offer with 3 companies involved

Some nice buys going through - here's for 11p to be tested - 50p in the Summer won't be long DYOR GLA

Further the buyer "reports progress on its funding proposal" - it is part of a multimillion pound organisation so it can take time to get the cash available for a cash bid - I will be buying sub £4 as this seems to be progressing well. They have a month to 3rd June to get funding together but it can be quicker than this time scale - raging buy at todays £3.20 - If they were unlikely to get there funds together for the deal then the deal would have collapsed that is not the case here - just a matter of time being patient and topping up

There can be nothing wrong with the offer price it is just to allow time for the buyer to get there funding arrangements in place - this is a strong buy at these levels

I would not like to be short of these as a RNS re takeover could come tonight after close or early tomorrow
