US currently trading at $0.1906 this equates to 14.10p - without any news tomorrow may see a SP fall to 14p levels - great top up opportunity

Just topped up with another £10k this morning - the SP will start to fly this afternoon some nice buys going through this AM

The 200% of sallary in options to max up from 50% and 150% to other Board members up from 50% of sallary in free options seems fairly generous given their lack of personal investment in PANR - let the market decide with US at 14.7p to sell and mid price of 14.97p there may be a poor day ahead

It will be interesting what the market makes of this 4 million award - probably neutral as some options have been cancelled - not bad to get 4 million shares for free - they are all fully incentivised now so FO by November please

US closed 10% down at 0.2023$ this equates to 14.97p could see a small fall into 14's tomorrow as the share price drifts pending legislation news at or around 19th June - chance to top up on weakness GLA

Some buying today - should see 3.40 breached if momentum can hold - seriously undervalued - keep buying these wont go cheap £6 + price tag - 2nd july or sooner for bid

Call me thick but what is / would a memorandum of understanding do?

Director buying shares as FO discussions drawing to a close would be insider dealing - so FO has at least 6 months to go to be safe from such a prosecution so next update at end of summer will be just that things are ongoing - the next big catalyst is the tax legislation and i expect it will be dragged out to last possible day without further extension 19th june so not long to wait

If Spencer is buying it cannot be a closed period due to a deal being near - so FO will be September to November period imo Nice rise today would be good if other board members start buying in tomorrow or next week - US opened at $0.23 which is 17.05p so we could see 18p by end of the day - Keep buying and follow the money

Volume plus a bullish share chart = price will take off as investors take up there long positions
