I am thoroughly underwhelmed by the £3.60 offer they have circa £100 to £150 million in cash with 70 million shares in issue the cash alone is worth £1.40 -£2 per share that means they are getting the oil wells and enlarged acreage for £2 - 1.60 a share - the bid should be rejected by shareholders imo the company simply is worth far more than todays offer - I would hold out for a rival bid as we are being sold down the river
