Kodiak must be worth $600m USD for 1.8 Billion barrels of 2c oil - so 6 wells at $33m per well = $ 200m plus $100 cash - $300m deal for a 50% share in Kodiak not misleading anyone cbaron = you will see come June 2026

They have 10m cash that is more than enough to see the year out. ANY farm out will bring some cash say 100m plus a 6 to 10 drilling agreement with a freee carry - all this for a 40 to 50% share of Kodiak

Personally I do not want the FO deal to be finalised till June so I can keep topping up on cheap shares. The RSUs have been put in place in anticipation of the fo deal - you never know if the deal will take out 100% of the company - if its a good deal of 80p+ Id take that to loose Pantheon as an investment.

Yes the RSUs are 12.5 million into 1.45 billion shares - a drop in the ocean.

The RNS is good news - the directors are barred from making purchases due to FO negotiations - so its a way of incentivising the existing directors to get on with the FO and then they too can benefit from the 50p+ SP post FO deal. The directors would have missed out otherwise which is a shame - 12 million shares is not a great dilution given the 1.4billion shares in issue.

When do we expect 2p per share will be achieved? Just bought in with an opening gambit of 1m shares

Looks like a quiet trading day - the MMs will be putting a squeeze on to lower the price and pick up shares on the cheap. Remember the prize 50p+ in June or July

Price at close in US was 0.1617$ this equates to 12.1275p UK - so there is scope for a 12p+ day tomorrow.

Market closed in US at 0.18$ that is 14p in pence - roll on tomorrow for another rerate day roll on 14p UK price

Hamilton a share price of 5p is simply ridiculous - they may even touch 13p today with all the 20k isa investments going through. They have 1.6 billion barrels of oil independently assessed with a major on board this share will rocket to 60p - £1 levels.
