I think some or it is sold, not all, I think BOD just selling as needed to keep going while finalised the sale process. It could be some payments in pipeline but not in bank yet. it could be buyer might not want it all sold. But yea, you need to see something positive on the credit side. It is just a case of keeping company ticking over awaiting the end game. This the BOD has been doing quite successfully despite the very difficult situation. The balancing act between sanctions and politics is not exactly an easy one to walk! Credit to the BOD that a small company like ours is still in business at all!

Wouldn't you want all accounts in order, all housekeeping done for buyer doing due diligence? Seems rather convenient to me to suspend shares and then announce a Sale or a longer suspension while sale is finalised. Remember the Russian influence of share holders in this company assures it is not going under and will be sold at a decent price one day. Patience isn't a virtue on AIM but I have waited a lot longer than this of some shares to come good, and they did.

EIE01 of course it has! would you buy a house if 2 people were haggling over who owned part of it? Zero relevance? Ok..... Lets agree to disagree. I have been involved in company sales and believe me nothing moves if there is any legal arguing about any aspect.

E1E01 that may well be the case from the BOD's point of view but that doesn't mean it is from a potential buyer. To me that potential buyer would definitely want to see any court case settled before progressing any bid. Wouldn't you?

Also it you think the Russian State/Banks/Oligarch etc are not all linked/in bed together then you don't understand Russian business! Oh, and just where did Putin get his Billions from? Just my opinion.

As the BOD keep telling us it is all about the sale of Russian Assets. Complicated but definitely doable. I have always said there is a chunk of these shares in Russian Hands, be it Queeld or Bank now. I did a deep dive into Queeld some time agon and obvious Russian hands all over them. If you were in line for 10's millions at least would you not fight a court case over them? Result in Court case could be the trigger for sale. I can easily understand why this might have held up a sale on top of everything else.

The key thing to remember is ALL shareholders get the same price. Pretty sure those Russian holders of all descriptions want a decent return.............discount to Chinese Conglomerate/Bank/Miner......so what still be a deal higher than today.

BOD have been navigating a minefield since War began, and despite what wolfytit and others want you to think, they have done it well. A fine balancing act between sanctions and keeping all partied happy. You seriously don't think the UK government knows the situation here? Come on! We will have reassured them a sale of assets is going through and that takes time in theses circumstances.
