However the RNS statement «additional FPSO which could increase the Sea Lion production capacity by a further 125,000 bopd (43.75k bopd net to Rockhopper)» should read «bpd» rather than «bopd» as the 125000 Munin production capacity is for incoming production from the wells, including water.

The Munin crude oil production is 60000 bopd.

They could add capacity (process modules) as there looks to be a lot of deck space but this will come at a cost.

So not sure really. I do think Sam should clarify the oil production capacity if it is indeed only 60000 bopd rather than 125000 bopd. If we don’t hear anything soon I guess the 125000 stands :)

I believe it is a Telfer type deposit they are hoping to prove up slowly. Either would be excellent but only time will tell. Could end up with f.a. of course but that is the risk in gold exploration.
