From the RNS last year KIN became a cash shell on '30 August 2017'. I've used three date calculators to see when the deadline is. Two came back at 28th February, the other 2nd March, I'm assuming the end of the month is correct. Either way all I can currently see is an RNS on the day to say trading is suspended as they have been unable to put together any sort of deal. Love to be proved wrong, but the new board seem as incompetent as the old and have no faith they will update shareholders with good news.

Donald Stewart, John Taylor and Lindsay Mair should all hang their heads in shame. Failure to update shareholders is unacceptable. On current form the next RNS will be on the day the shares get suspended to announce one and the same. Shocking behaviour but expect nothing less from these people under direction of old guard. So many questions, but nothing in the way of answers.

A tweet asking him if he was buying more. 'Are you intending to buy more #KIN, do you know anything about their plans?'

Interesting like on Twitter from Chris Ackers. Is he still building a position here?

Agree, any negative inference on twitter linking to Anna gets you blocked. Do Kin or Sally Gunnell reply via their contact forms on the website?

What makes you think that? The fact that she hasn't returned any shareholder calls and was instructed not to by a higher authority maybe?

CEOs and board members always get handsome packages, many of which don't deserve a penny. I would rather the board replaced and as little pay off as possible, but replaced with someone credible that could make a go of things.

At least Anna has stopped tweeting, maybe she will start again once the shares are tradable again or maybe she has finally got the message that CEOs should probably not be tweeting at all and communicating properly with shareholders.

If NW1 don't participate then Perhaps Belastock will atep in but at renegotiated terms and drastic reduction in offer price, else maybe L1 Capital would step into the fray. The only saving grace is fhat perhaps they can win some contracts before suspension ends.

More likely a fund raise at a ridiculous 0.005p equivalent along with share consolidation and last chance saloon, but still with no contract wins and then continual slide back to same level.

Definitely, that RNS would cause fireworks, no doubt about that.

Exactly, would love to see that in an RNS - if the PR company is reading - take note, but can we really expect any of this board to put their hands in their pockets given the amount they have invested so far.

I'd love to see this presentation and what it actually does say although expect I can imagine anyway. KIN have always had a reluctance to publish this type of information, perhaps they should now and out it on the website for all to see. Do they know, a search engine can only search if there is something to be found.

Agree, time to Anna and Donald to leave, they deserve no support anymore and have had enough chances. They should have taken a pay cut like other AIM company boards to keep cash within the company. I also don't want to see her retained as an advisor or consultant either.

Time for NW1 to get some backbone and force Anna and Donald to resign.

Way to go Anna and Donald, great news for shareholders, massive dilution coming and still no contracts. Time to leave and let someone who knows what they are doing take the helm.

Where I do blame the PR company and KIN is in the press. You only have to take a look at this press page https://www.kinwellness.com/press/ and compare it against the twitter feed and the linkedin account to ask the question, why isn't is updated more regularly, lack of staff, not wanting to pay the PR company to do it or just pure laziness and lethargy?

I believe the link for this was sent out as one of the very very few emails KIN have sent out to their subscribers. The issue is why have they not got a whole batch of these lined up and sending out every week. there must be enough of this material to have at least one a month, if not more. The issue is not likely to be the PR company, it is more likely that KIN do not publish or allow any information to be released.
