So the BoD have 3 weeks to call an EGM, what is the furthest date the EGM can be arranged for? All this delay is doing is causing more uncertainty and speculation, time for them to announce a date and get it sorted.

Why did James Normand not realise he would breach a compromise agreement with his nomination to the board of PFP, is this not the first thing that would have been considered before deciding to go forwards? Why did Align not ask the questions about the nomination and any terms that would breach the nomination? Is this just the legal wranglings of the board who will do anything to keep their jobs or complacency to get everything in order before embarking on this action?

Will Align be suggesting a replacement? Are they still planning on holding the EGM?

Six days since the EGM request was approved yet no date - why, draw your own conclusions.

Looks like the latest EGM request has been approved, now we need a date.

It took the BoD 5 days to decide on the first EGM request's validity, if they follow same pattern will it be tomorrow when we find out if the second one has been successful?

Is there any rule on AIM that a fund raise can't take place if an EGM request is in place or an EGM request in place to remove the board?
