No operations doesn't mean money is not required. Funding required for offices, legal, admin, PR, regulation... and not forgetting the huge unjustified salaries.

Fund Raising is path of the course for PFP, regular as clockwork if it is happening then it won't be a surprise. Some good questions from Align Research, as with many other AIM companies the true character of the BoD will now come to light, will they protect themselves or protect the interests of shareholders?

Agree, but no facts or figures. Step in right direction but only what the old board were doing anyway. How much of what has been reported lately is just carried over from old BoD decisions and how much is the new directors.

Given AERO don't have much cash then a 'substantial minority stake' whatever that means is hardly likely to be very large. No factual data presented, no cash position mentioned so a 'holding' statement more than anything with a view to progress going forwards, which is of course welcomed.

Certainly the 'be careful what you wish for' saying comes to mind or 'grass is always greener'. Align will need to proof they can deliver on any promises, looking forward to seeing what they come back with. Dilution has been mentioned, but at a premium price, doesn't matter if it's a premium if they put out millions of shares. Question will be is how robust a defence the current BoD put out to convince shareholders they are going to deliver and what their plans are for fund raising.

I'd like to see Align purchase more shares to show their intent and proof they have a decent chance of winning the vote. Once the EGM date is set the they have said they will be making 'a full EGM statement'.

Looks like some activity up to close of markets, perhaps an RNS in the morning if the company accept the EGM request.

Think both current BoD and Align would have to raise money regardless of outcome. Expect to see details in Align's EGM request document which should be due now if their tweet is to be believed.

We will soon find out when the EGM is being called for and how much support the current BoD have. Will Align Research buy more shares before any EGM to bolster their chances?

If there is a director buy then we are not in a closed period, does that suggest the financing is complete or not started?

It might be the best cash position KIN has had but it's not enough to do anything substantial for a new business. How many times do we see a RTO followed by another placing on AIM.

What's worse, being in a share that's suspended for months or being out of a share when it is suspended and that the company announces a deal and it goes up the minute it comes out of suspension. I can't see any deal being done that doesn't involve a further fund raise and more dilution.

Jilson, you are being far too hard on Donald, KIN hasn't blown �200k, the RNS from last years said 'raised new cash of �1 million (before expenses)', give the guy some credit, he's been doing an amazing job, a pure business genius, I have every faith in the company turning this situation around with his stewardship and shrewd business acumen, making us all millionaires. In case anyone was wondering, I was being sarcastic, this guy has to go and the sooner the better, that's the next RNS I want to see.
