I totally agree with your post. It's a disgrace whats been suggested. The company should make provisions for this transfer. This is absolutely wrong in every sense. Like you I dont want to sell.

It seems a company that's doing extremely well...is wrong. Disgraceful.

But I thought we could have the shares sent to us in our name and home address and that stops them selling ? In option 4???

Or am I wrong ?

I was thinking exactly the same thing
...have them send a certificate in my name...that way at least you have full control.....I personally think it's a disgrace the option that they can sell by October 28th ? Who the hell do they think they are....its a simple process why they threaten to just sell is beyond me...

Not had my letter as yet....not sure Halifax share dealing deals on hkex?
Would anyone advise? I have the shares signed in my name ? Although I assume being a nominee account it would be in my name anyway ? And move to a dealer that deals hkex ?

Circum minerals Ltd clearly states there 100% private ? Are they a sleeping partner or am I missing the point?
