Why on earth does CF need to buy more shares to show faith? That's an absolute ridiculous post....it was a few weeks ago he did that....if you do not have faith in CF ....then bail out...
Your welcome

Hi Scotman.....
I totally agree with your statement..well said.

Good Evening All,
I'm a genuine holder of SM,
I've seen the posts over the course of the day....of course angry posts in reaction to DM article which for me was a disgrace.
But...
There was some rampers and a lot of what I call bad for business or damaged goods posters with no heart...and I'm sure affended a lot of genuine investors with there dreadful words.
Question I have is ...why doesn't this BB not have set up group chats and that way all vote to just block them?
Gla
Kind regards L
Hi Molkys
Extremely well said....totally agree on your post...

Great weekend to all genuine holders.

Hi EngineerHere....
I totally agree with your post....the whole thing is puzzling for me also....and the Daily Mail report is absolutely disgraceful....that is an awful headline....many people from all backgrounds are in this...is it an old interview? I dont know.....but for me Daily Mail should be ashamed of this...and the journalist Francesca Washtell....should attend a PI meeting and face the music...absolutely dissatisfaction on the Daily mail...
All Daily mail readers change your papers ....I have actually convinced my mother to stop buying from yesterday...
Regards L
Head in the snow....its no way enough.....one thing for sure....I would not want to be holding his hand to stop me from falling off a cliff....were all supposed to be human.... hearing comments like that are bad for business....
Skier
In my previous posts....I mentioned if something is bad for business or damaged goods...get rid...and that includes shorters like you and all that stand for you...you clearly have no conscience....many people from all backgrounds have an interest in this....to read comments like you have posted....deserves to be pulled from the train tops like the extinction mob....your a ****ing disgrace....
Close the door on exit your a nonse..
Your ****ing welcome...
Regards L
Hi Bellars...
Lol.....that was well put....however....seriously if it was the end for sxx...it would be easy to just to bail....but if you think about logically hes not giving up...hes just looking at options to avoid all the bad for business stuff....and going private would solve all the bad publicity etc...
Hi Bellars
Excato mondo....were on the same page....if someone is bad for business.....get rid of it or do something about it.
Regards Dan
Devonplay...
I totally get that........but for me going forward ....going private is potentially a good thing......no shooters etc etc...
Look at Han**** prospecting Australian's Biggest miner..
WELCOME TO HAN**** PROSPECTING
One of Australia’s most successful, privately-owned companies that has a long and important association with the Pilbara, West Australia and the iron ore and agriculture sectors. The Group continues to diversify into key industries to support the company’s future
If its Good for Gina....its good for us....
For me this is an absolute fantastic decision if true.....?? And a wise decision.....after all if something is bad for business then you get rid of it....
Regards Dan
I think this article is probably true......however for me the suggestion to delist is for good reasons.....its in the paragraph....
But he complained that attacks from hedge funds, bad publicity and its failure to raise money from big investors such as pension funds meant it was no longer as helpful to be a listed company. Fraser said: ‘Where we are now, I think we might be better off being a private company, because sentiment, short-sellers and all those sort of features are just massively distorting the value of the company.’
I personally read this that CF absolutely appalled by how all the above has wrongly brought SM to this position...
Going private you would have none of this....imo it could the best way forward...
Regards Dan
Morning Devonplay
You took the words right out of my mouth...your post as absolutely 100% accurate.
Regards Dan
Hi All.... just to update you all....

Hi
I think the process is .....you first have to approach your broker for the certificate...they send it to in your name....because at the moment all certificates held with your broker are in a nominee account this allows them to sell shares quickly on our behalf.....once you have that certificate you then request new certificate????
Any one confirm if I'm right or wrong?
Kind regards Danny
Hi All
Also I have just sent an email to Richard Bennet and secretary of China new energy LTD for some advice. I await there reply and let you know.
Kind regards Danny
Hi
I'm with Halifax shate dealing.......I was just reading the options....correct me if I'm wrong here but option 4....clearly states new share certificates can be sent directly to you ????
I agree that yes you need to sell through a broker that deals with hkex....but it saves them being sold off without our permission ....in other words we have complete control???
Option 4 — request the new share certificates in respect of Shares held by a Shareholder to be sent to
such Shareholder directly
TICK THIS BOX IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE THE SHARE CERTIFICATE IN YOUR OWN NAME AND
HAVE THEM SENT TO YOUR ADDRESS THE DAY BEFORE HKEX LISTING
Please note that the HKEx Share Certificates will be sent out by post from Computershare’s Hong Kong office on the day
before HKEx Listing. They may not arrive in the UK by the first day of trading on the HKEx. In order for shares to be
available for trading on the HKEx, they must be lodged with a Hong Kong stockbroker, nominee or HK Custody Agent.
Kind regards Danny
