I think jub where working with the sandabel imho. But also advised clients to take shorts as they knew the sp would be worked lower. Just imo and no evidence other than watching them operate on the book.

Salts are 600m roughly but between 500-800m theoretically. Above this is 500m and the PI zone is around 100m below the salt at 1200m so the salt goes to 1100m roughly.

R zone.
Just a reminder of the R zone considered a dead cert but not too important for most. A guess is 800m current depth drilling at 50m a day r zone at 1200m or so.
Our current hole 101 has produced 350,000 barrels of oil from just the R 2 zone out of the 3 R zones.
300bopd first year 150bopd second year and 100bopd third year. All conventional natural flow with no modern techniques.
The R zone will be interesting imho.
The r zone is equivalent to ukogs Portland.

The general rule is that directors can’t buy in a drill if it’s locked down/tight. They might also be in negotiations for new licenses.

Really fair play to David. He said they wouldn’t have a negative affect, as soon as he found out they did he rang them and promised it would be sorted on Monday.
On Monday the short is closed and he’s done his best.
He’s really trying his best to honour his word.

Funny how jub cap that were pushing the ask down for sandabel opened up already at 7p on the bid. All chance of sub 7p gone. Tbh very little below 8p imho.

Wow. Rns confirmation that sandabel will not have any short position in the future. Ie no death spiral even possible.
Also that they are not allowing sandabel to convert all of the shares at the low price.
Wish all companies stood up to funds like this.

Resumption of drilling. Everything done in dec. no fault for aaog. Lots of compensation really cheap drilling going forward.
No conversion rns. So if the short is closed today it’s on the open market.
Couldn’t be better imho.

Madstork. It’s onky a death spiral if converted low and repeatedly done. We haven’t had it done once so far. Even if it is then it’s not the end of the world.

I am glad David was surprised when he knew what sandabel had been doing. Hopefully as surprised as I was. But it shows he probably wasn’t lying and was at least saying what he thought was the truth.
I did say yesterday to David that I hope sandabel would be closing the short on the open market.
If they are/do as indicated by a few folks then it all depends whether the market makers are reading the forums and will react from 7.45am onwards or whether they will be caught wrong footed and give up their shares cheaply before realising.
If we get a resumption of drilling rns I can see this opening at 8p and getting swooped on. All the folks that I have brought below 8p will be quite happy I think tomorrow.

Except there is no evidence for this. There hasn’t been an rns to support this. David has said that they won’t do anything to negatively affect the price.
The big trades your talking about are not sandabel as David has confirmed to me his thoughts on who this is.
I think it’s quite fair to say there is no evidence yet that sandabel have shortered.
There is no evidence that anybody shorted indeed it would be highly risky unless they had inside knowledge.

Except David has said that sandabel hasn’t done this
