I see this placing as raising funds to accelerate the conclusion of the feasibility study. The company was unable to act positively for a long period in the summer due to the Government delays in signing. Perhaps this funding will allow for additional testing / reporting etc to take place in a shorter period of time in order to meet the deadlines previously announced by the company. Obviously the expected reporting date hasn't been amended as this would be foolish and would paint the BOD into a corner. If the study is accelerated and the report is issued ahead of schedule then surely this placing is good for all of us as it could bring forward the move to production etc or a buyout???

If NC is right and a buyout is announced could the existing majority shareholder not just pay 4p a share and screw us all? Concerned?
