As a holder of ZIOC and BZM... Whats afoot at BZM might be interesting if it turns out theres reason behind BZM sp movement

My understanding the Jan 19 date applies to the planned port and infrastructure build commencement... stage 1 will rely on those being in place. There may be alternative arrangements to allow early production on a smaller scale ahead of official stage 1 allowing ZIOC to possibly self finance the development. That is my understanding ... Am I wrong on this?

Another wee top up... any further sp drop from here will be very limited imho. A lot can happen here and rapidly. My personal expectations are 50p+ within October and potential for more dependent on newsflow continuing on a regular basis thereafter. If youre on the sidelines when this moves there will be tears. IMHO the gains are to be had on the initial movement... potential multibagger. Im intriqued by the 'watch this space' comment. That suggests imminent positive newsflow. To me that comment is a huge signpost .. like an unofficial RNS... and defo not something to put on the backburner. Given that prospect Im not sitting waiting on halfpence drops risking god knows £s on the upside. Im all in and will continue to topup if i can at this level. DYOR and GLA

Yeah 1:1 would create value and PIs can then either cash in or wait and see .

I think if we are going to give everything to Glen the potential long term earnings are worth a lot more than a 1:1 share deal ... i'd be looking for better than 1:1 or a plus cash deal

Simon, I agree re a Glen buyout .

My question is how hardball will our BoD be with Glen?

Will they fight our corner to realise true value for us or accept a lower offer and look to feather their own nests with some sideshow Gentlemens agreements with Glen at a later date.
I may be wrong but my money would be for them to favour Glen in any deal.

If however our BOD are working on Investor presentations and NPV figures then maybe they intend to keep any Glen bid as honest as possible (assuming they are not working in collusion).

Call me cynical but when so much is at stake and at potentially life-changing sums of money for many small investors, I trust no-one, especially an AIM listed BoD.

I hope and pray I am proven wrong as ZIOC is one of those once in a lifetime opportunities for us.

Shaun, I think this is possibly the biggest single signpost as to ZIOCs intentions. The port news etc is out of ZIOCs hands but they have been operating behind the scenes ensuring all the ducks are in a row ready to go at the earliest opportunity.
Its all about the mining plan now... how does ZIOC get to the point of mining. They will have options in mind re financing and now that the infrastructure deals are happening, the financiers will become the focus in the short term whilst the rest of the economic good news is taking care of itself.

Exciting times but some patience is essential now.
ZIOC wont let us down imho.

Glen could bid themselves. Theyve got inside access to all the info that others would not. They would be crazy not to make a lowball offer to take Zioc out ....unless they themselves wish to sell up. They wouldnt want to set a marker if that was the case.

I take your point but a poor SP will be leverage against us at these levels. Interesting times ahead. GLA

My concern is that any potential suitors will be looking to lowball us given that the share is "underperforming" a we would grab any offer. A healthier SP would make any offer honest

Certainly looks like theyre happy to keep a lid on it... it doesnt feel its being traded in a normal manner. Mostly buys today.. marked down. Very tedious. ZIOC cpuld throw the cat amongst the pigeons with a wee update or NPV RNS... probably waiting for a govt update

Its a sign for potential suitors that ZIOC is prepared to mine the area themselves ... buyers will need to offer a realistic price if they think we wont sell easily.
