Did anyone truly think this would only go up? This period is new for us re the GDXJ and all that comes with it. Once it’s behind us we are in more familiar territory with strong news soon.

Sell or top slice tactically (some good decisions made by some of you this week) but I haven’t and am holding tight.

Our Stroud meet-up that was due this Saturday would have had a lot to celebrate eh? Especially after the GDXJ auction COP Friday! We picked the right weekend and I’ll raise a glass :)

I admire your balanced and constructive contributions and positivity.

The question that arises (also not being chippy) is whether we want the board to be purely for purposeful contributions- which I have a lot of sympathy with hence my limited personal contributions. That might only generate 10 posts a day.

I do like some froth and whimsy too, and will always see that as a mood-lightener. Liked Mushy’s mad soccer commentary for example.

In summary I guess we’ll all need to self-censor to reduce volume but it’s so good to see new thinkers.

I felt the GDXJ topic wasn’t part of our original schedule anyway, just a bonus if it lifted us. The drill results and MRE what we knew about, so apart from the welcome excitement it brought GDXJ was on top of our already packed schedule.

Happy days this week. Hard to switch off with the two late GGP nights as well :)

Careful ! Yesterday you were badgering the board to affirm that 20p was possible this week and you got balanced replies.

To then say to others today that ‘some here say 20p possible’ is not inaccurate but makes it look like you are merely an observer in the chat about 20p. You shotgunned the discussion!

Let’s keep our heads and let the SP dirt itself. Surely it doesn’t need puffing up? People should DYOR.

Curious first posts.

Using my powers of deduction:
- you came from SXX with a bit of baggage
- you weigh in to a new board with bile
- you have a sheriff’s view of how a board should be, but offer no evidence of ‘rules’ of such boards that we don’t comply with
- you single out an individual

Given the relatively positive observations about this fine board, maybe think about taking the board with all its faults.

What a curious way to announce yourself. Think on old fruit.

Your question about when the line is drawn for the MRE is the big question for me. They did set themselves a deadline of H2 without fully knowing how big this would be, and if it keeps growing as they discover more then the decision is a tough one. I’m a believer in a Nov MRE leaving it as late as poss. The shape of the thing is intriguing and from the job adverts it reads as though on-the-spot decisions also need to be made in 18 months too. The later the MRE gets the better but I suspect it’s deep, complex and exciting. A bit like your good self ! See you on the 18th
