I was expecting this muted SP response.

As an investor I know the price will go up big time, what none of us really know us when. MRE, Scally results all likely to impact the SP.

But few people really ‘get’ the opportunity here if we are frank. But I’m shovelling 90% of all the money I can find In to GGP. And next year I expect to retire early as a result.

Agree totally re the collective brainpower here. Imagine if it was like the average LSE board. I wouldn’t be in this happy position.

World markets are a dampening effect, but let’s keep in mind our special standing over the weeks ahead that will outperform the broad market.

BTW. Please take care tonight when using the expression about blowing the doors off the SP. With my handle I get a slight tremor when I read that.

Agree with most of the views expressed about the broker note. It reads like a draft version by a novice writer, told by a senior to dampen the in the ground estimates .

Biggest error seems to be neatly arriving at a £1bn valuation with the balance between HAV (proven) and other (unproven) on a 60/40 basis.

I actually believe it is a misrepresentation of both !

Circular filing basket comes to mind, but WTFDIK.
