Hedge, Damian strikes me as someone who likes to play an important role in a company. The Mission Labs sale was almost 3 years ago now. He was kept on by the company, however i feel the lack of real control will be annoying him and he will be looking for a new challenge. Looks like MMAG is it.

I dont think that we can over estimate the importance of Damion Hanson becoming a major shareholder. The man is a business genius. Especially when it comes to selling companies. His buying in alone, will surely add at least 10m to the market cap.

I've got a Gut Feeling that he will want over 5%. Still lots of buying to come.
