It's three no's from me for the BOD's three motions.
Until they put considerable skin in the game, they can not be trusted.
If they want to keep VALIRX alive, the solution is in their hands.
BOD - it's your turn to INVEST!!!!
Thanks for posting badshah.
Suzy Dilly makes some good points, but these are outweighed for me by:
a) the arrogance and contempt of the BOD towards SHs in not turning up at the previous meeting
b) the arrogance and contempt of the BOD in not accepting that they have to change
c) their chronic inability to manage the company's finances
d) their continued failure to invest in something that they should believe in, and perhaps inspire other SHs to believe
e) the continued lack of absolute proof that it really does BLOODY WORK!!
For me, it remains a NO, NO, NO.
My one concern when the company does go to the wall, as I am certain it will should the motions be voted down again, what will happen to the IP? It would be criminal if the same jokers manage to run off with the silver and start up again somewhere else.

The paradox is that if the BOD had had significant skin in the game, they might have won the vote.
GM is old enough to retire so may simply sell the IP and retire to his vineyard, while Satu brings in a few coppers cleaning the bogs at the local auberge.

Another mong here.
The equation here is very simple.
Agree to consolidation = more of the same death spiral - placing, placing, placing, consolidation
Don't agree to consolidation = BOD will need to refinance to keep company going (BOD investment, loan accompanied by punishing interest etc)
They are not going to consider other methods of refinancing until they have seen whether the resolutions have passed.
The most significant point is that they are not readily putting more skin in the game i.e. they have no conviction that the company will succeed.
Their attitude is appalling, they have no scruples about screwing the little man/woman as long as they continue to get their salary and bonuses.
Like many, I would prefer it if the company did miraculously turn around, but frankly I'm past caring whether they go to the wall or not - £15k written off.
Whatever, I believe the Action Group has given its best shot. Fredd1e and ValJu - I'm full of admiration for your efforts to engage with the BOD - nolite te bast4rdes carborundorum.

Maybe it's just something dumb like they are the initials of his five children (if he had five). Does it really matter?
Hoping for a minimum of 1p, topslice 20% and let the rest ride
Presumably lucky for you as well apple...
I wondered if NEO even knows he is also RKB and vice versa - split personality?
I don't look at the board constantly - just dip in every so often between work tasks. So no, it didn't take me an hour, sorry to disappoint.
I don't watch Love Island either - I bow to your vastly superior knowledge.
roses - it was easy to see that you have posted 245 times on just this BB on valirx in the last 30 days.
10p :-) per post. You do the math.
The following imaginary conversation might ensue:
roses: Hey Mr Bossman, I've posted 245 times on valirx in the past 30 days. Please can you pay me £24.50
Mr Bossman: Cross your heart, hope to die - do you swear that you've posted only the truth, roses?
roses: Weeeeeell, you know how it is Mr Bossman. we all like to muddy the waters a bit.
Mr Bossman: OK, well done roses, here is £24.50 - now don't go spending it all on lollipops again....
AIMHO of course
