Adam - For once I agree with you.
Unfortunately a) I don't have 1m+ shares and b) individually we are merely atoms on the back of amoebae on the back of the bacteria, on the back of fleas on the back of rats on the back of dogs etc etc - if you could get 5% worth of the shareholding to come together, the BOD would have to agree to it - however there is as much chance of that happening as a dog with no nose winning a bum-sniffing contest.
The crunch point is certainly 1st Feb. If NOMAD appointed by then, then things are looking up. 6 weeks left to find out. Certainly worth letting your investment ride.
Trying to get back in on the cheap, Major? So transparent!
Gipps - please be factual.
According to the 2017 annual report, none of the directors have a £200k salary - indeed only two of them are on more than £100k.
Salary, bonus and fees for each:
Satu - £185,780
George - £144,525
Kevin - £26125
Gerry - £82,115
Oliver - £36,000
AdamH - there is clearly a big incentive to get the deal over the line. None of the BOD are getting any younger!!
Only Satu is under 60 - she is 51. George is 62, Kevin Alexander is 64, Oliver De Giorgio-Miller is 68 and Gerry Desler is 73
Sooner they get the price up, they can make a fortune on their options,so it is surely in their best interests to close a deal before they all get much older!
