In my world I have a lot of money in Skin because I really believe in the products but because of Ashman’s lies, bad communication, mistakes I haven’t put more in.

How many others would load more in if they believed in the CEO too ? Where would the share price be right now ? Much higher I’m sure.

Right now this is not the dream ticket. It’s very worrying. Right now at this share price we might get 30p if taken over.

If Ashman confirmed we’ve received a million on royalties already, the share price is 25p plus. Then he confirms L’Oreal Estée Lauder etc are going to be selling Zenakine in night cream’s moisturisers and more, it’s 50p to a quid. Add on the acne and Psoriasis powders and they are actually for sale in Superdrug then that’s when we will get true value for the company. Multiples of a quid.

Superdrug and Ashman really is a match made in heaven. They both work at the same speed.

I disagree. If Zenakine is as good as we think, who’s not gonna want to be working with that. Plus wound healing, acne psoriasis.

Ashman hasn’t pulled a blinder, the science is key here. Ashman is still telling us nothing, plus he’s hiding the Croda royalties so it looks like his acquisitions have worked and they haven’t. He’s been a disaster. It’s time to get a proven winner in charge here. We are still in danger of very low buyout cos the share price is terrible.

It wouldn’t be hard for Ashman to pick up the phone and call his contact at Superdrug to find out when the products are going to be added to the website, never mind the stores and let us know. But he won’t do as he doesn’t give a toss about shareholders. But he’ll pay the price. The science will guarantee is all a great return but a better leader is required or we’ll be bought out at a fraction of the price we should.

That’s very good. Just need the products on the shelves in Superdrug and that will give everyone more confidence.

And surely soon Croda news.

Running a company does involve keeping shareholders updated and let’s not forget the Croda royalties hidden in the accounts to hide the fact the companies he bought missed their targets by a considerable amount. We should be told about the Croda money. Whilst the failed acquisitions would not look great for Ashman the announced royalties could see us at 25p or more. It’s his job.

Yep if there’s a problem and it’s from Skin, Hess more likely to not post an RNS.

I’m certainly not confident that alls well for next week.

We all want to see the products in the Superdrug stores next week. Let’s hope there’s not a delay. The silence from Ashman is worrying.

We’re almost 5 months further down the line from the big reveal at the exhibition and we still don’t know what’s going on with Croda. We suspect we’ve received royalties but can’t be sure how much. We’re pretty sure the acquisitions bought by Ashman missed their targets by a large amount. It’s time for a change Ashman has failed. He’s not been good for the business, a disgrace for shareholders and he’s a liability. Ashman defenders, don’t feel sad the guy has earned a ton of money and doesn’t give a t055 about you.

I mean surely we won’t be waiting until Autumn. Can Ashman really hideaway until then ?

You would think at Xmas Zenakine will be everywhere. Also huge marketing campaigns in Autumn. But this share price won’t move much higher until Ashman does his job and reveals the Croda royalties received and the full Croda details, as in who’s selling this and in which products.

He’s juggling lots of things, but let’s not forget he bought these companies that are underperforming.

As said by other posters, he’s using the Croda royalties to make these companies look ok.

Even if Skin are bought out for 30p, in years to come when you see Zenakine in so many products and so many top cosmetic brands you’ll realise how Ashman was not up to the job or maybe even involved. Even before the NDA, when did the guy buy shares ? He was on close to 400k a year but never really bought stock. If we have had £700k in royalties before any product hits the shelves we’d earn more than 10 times that once products do. With Zenakine this company is worth well over £1.

If we ever get to know if Manprit sells and sells a lot, that really is bad news. He’ll know everything about the Croda deal and if he sells big he ain’t impressed or he’d wait a bit longer until it’s in the shops, which must be in the autumn at the latest.
