Ashman has done a deal with Croda.

Not being funny, with the lysate being that good how could you fail ?

So far the deal is a shocker.

The Superdrug deal has been close since early Feb, and it won’t be done this month that’s for sure. May or June at the earliest. There’s more chance of a moose buying a hat stand.

What we know about this Croda deal so far is that it’s so one sided, Zelensky got a better deal off Trump.

Ashman always presents well, but rarely delivers.

We’ve got the Croda deal, but nobody knows how big it is.

He’s been talking about Superdrug since early Feb and then it was two weeks away, same with the American Psoriasis Foundation, also early Feb and two weeks away. This guy needs a new calendar cos his dates are wrong constantly.

He talks tough but he gets walked all over by everyone.

We need a proven winner not a big softie.

If he listened there would have been another RNS and one better than the last atrocious one.

To be fair to Ashman he’s created demand.

It’s all over the internet that Skin Bio and Croda have launched Zenakine and all the benefits.

So the world knows the connection between the two companies.

Why on earth can’t the payments made be disclosed ?

What NDA has Ashman signed ?.

Also tell us which companies have placed orders with Croda ?

At the very least when will the products be on the shelves so I can go looking if Ashman daren’t ask if he can tell us ?

You know this is going much lower if Ashman doesn’t announce great financials very very soon ?

You’ve not commented on the time it takes this guy to get deals across the line, like Boots Superdrug and the American Psoriasis Foundation. They were 2 weeks away early Feb.

If those were done and dusted we’d be 30p+ right now.

I know you talk to SA for your investor job but what’s your opinion on how he’s handled just this week so far ?

No RNS on potentially the most important day in Skins life, an atrocious one the next day when prompted by criticism by shareholders.

Told us nothing we hadn’t already read a few days before on the Croda site apart from the stand up and clap bit.

Lastly if he doesn’t give us actual figures next week at the latest, do you agree this is gonna be 10-12p in 2 weeks or sooner ?

When does this NDA ever end?

In Feb SA mentioned two high street retailers were a few weeks away from deals for their acne and psoriasis health products. Nearly 2 months later, nothing.

The American Psoriasis Foundation recommendation mentioned also in early Feb were weeks away. Still nothing.

This guy can’t close a door.

As for Croda, with no financial info this week the share price will be below 15p easy.

Still want to give this guy time ?

Ok, what was built up to be a tremendous week has proven to be a shocker so far !

No news at all yesterday on launch day. How is that even possible ?

The Croda VIP’s have had the product for over a year now.

Which VIP’s have said yep we love it ? No idea.

What products is it being used in, moisturisers shampoos ? No idea.

What was the payment or payments ? No idea or can’t say.

It’s out in the open now, when does this NDA ever end ?

Did SA ever ask ?

Next 12 months projected sales ? No idea or can’t say.

Today’s email was a response to the criticism from shareholders at no news yesterday and the massive drop in price. So we should get another tomorrow cos it’s down again big.

And the RNS told us everything we already knew or had read on Croda’s website recently, plus people applauded.

Come on that’s no where near good enough.

Next week SA will tell us how great it is but we are all interested in money. Will he tell the figures ?

For years Ashman has promised and never delivered. He’s given a year extension to Croda, fine I get that. Borrowed money with terrible terms, bought companies which in the short and mid term do nothing for shareholders. Indian foot balm 🧐

But then late last year he tells us all about the Croda launch, the hard yards are done (his exact words), the product launch is April 8th at the largest cosmetic show in the world. Can’t say anything else I’ve signed an NDA. We’re getting an upfront payment. How much, can’t say.

Frustrated we all mark that date in a diaries.

Counting the days down, April 8th arrives and Croda release the product and we have find it online ourselves.

Not a peep from Ashman all day, so we all wonder why ??

Which VIP companies have ordered from Croda, conservative projected sales will do ? How much was the upfront payment/s ?

This great week is a train wreck.
