after reading elric’s article on substack i looked at some posts.

elric mentions an insider at skin said manprit was subject ****** abuse and other abuse. terrible and completely unacceptable.

then one poster put a comment about how when manprit left there was no goodwill from ashman in the rns. that’s very poor considering what the insider said. another mistake ?

If Ashman can’t buy due to the NDA, how come the Croda directors can ?

Something is wrong and Ashman needs to go.

I get that but in what year did he buy ?

Apart from the times when restrictions prohibited him, why hasn’t Ashman bought shares ?

Zenakine is the holy grail after all. This guy really worries me.

It seems even Ashman’s defenders on here have mostly had enough. The guy lies, misses deadlines, makes so many mistakes and let’s face it, unless you’re one of the big city investors he doesn’t give a to55.

Dust, Skin pay for these notes so definitely can say when things are incorrect. Would you pay money for a brokers note then not read it to check it’s right ?

No the reason is, you can’t defend the fact Ashman didn’t insist they corrected the report, or didnt even read it in the first place. What sort of CEO doesn’t take the time to read a brokers report ?

Now if when the full details of the Croda deal come out and if it’s incredible I’ll say so however when Ashman doesn’t do his job properly, doesn’t even get the basics right, you always defend him. Now that I don’t understand, after all the mistakes and lies.

Well it’s been 4 months since the supposed rocket launch as promised by Ashman and we’re still at 16p. What does Ashman do on a daily basis ?

We may as well be bought out by Croda as they call all the shots. There can no argument about that.

Some people think if there was a bid for Skin at 29p, that’s a great profit. My argument is with Ashman. If the Croda revenue was released even just three months ago, we could be higher than 29p now, and new revenue should be released very soon. What bid would have to made if that was the case ? 50p - £1 ? Ashman could cost us all so much money.

I predict it’ll be Autumn before this useless fool Ashman gets the Croda details out.

But for some posters in here, that’s acceptable. Even when he gets things wrong, they defend him. It’s the science that’s got the Croda deal not this guy.

Superdrug sales figures are miles away. Only one thing sends this stock higher and that’s the Croda details, and Ashman is in no rush to get these for some reason, maybe it’s because his mates and the new dodgy broker are still loading up and keeping the share price down. It’s very hard to believe after granting Croda extension after extension that he can’t say no longer I need news.

Yeah I agree with that and as I say any video is better than none but we need real news regarding Zenakine.

Whilst any video about Zenakine is good, this is as cheap as it gets. It’s had 36 views and I’ve watched it twice.

Not knocking you for finding it, just another example of the fact we know nothing of when and how Zenakine will be used and we’re nearly in August !

The Croda deal negotiated by Ashman is so one way it’s unbelievable. Was there any negotiation or did the big softie just roll over ? Double digit royalties dead on 10% so there you go.

It’s a valid point but this situation has left us in a dangerous position for a very low takeover bid.

And how can you excuse all Ashman’s mistakes as well as his terrible negotiation skills?

There will be some very experienced and successful people out there who could take this and do a much better job.

Isn’t it strange that Ashman has given Croda several extensions to agreements one for a year and one recently but when he asks can he release some info to help stop the flack, they say sod off. Tbf Ashman said he asked, he might not have.

Either way it shows a huge weakness with our leader and exactly who’s running the show at Skin.

Net, like you I can see £3 in a few years so a 68% profit now whilst good, it’s not showing the real value.

I disagree, for Croda this is a great time to buy Skin and Ashman will be rewarded handsomely. I respect your opinion but there is a chance that Croda will bid soon as the share price is so low. They will own Skin and reward greatly the scientists involved in the lysate, keeping everyone important onside.

Anyway what happened with the brokers note with the wrong financials ? Did Ashman not read it before he signed off on it, or did he read it and not read it thoroughly?
