If Croda bid for Skin now it would save Croda a fortune. The person who decides to bid will be a hero. If Zenakine is as good as we all believe, imagine the royalties this will save Croda. In a few years the royalties would be in the tens of millions each year. Why on earth would Ashman allow us to be so exposed ?

If Croda decides now’s a great time to buy Skin, you Ashman fans won’t be happy.

They’ll start the bidding at 25p. If Ashman hadn’t given Croda another extension and the details were out in the public domain we could be 50p - £1, then the bidding gets very interesting. Plus Croda rivals would see how much money it’s generating and start bidding too. Dangerous times right now.

Ashman would have been given the brokers note before it was published, so he either didn’t read it and said ok it’s fine publish it, or he did and didn’t read it well.

The brokers note was a waste of money. Ashman will not listen. Only one thing moves the share price up and that’s the Croda details. Let’s get a proven winner in charge please. Someone who won’t bend over everytime Croda ask.

I mean the Keegan report.

That report will do nothing. The financials are wrong and it was Ashman’s job to check the details. He didn’t. He said he’d get it amended, he didn’t. This guy makes so many mistakes. Only Croda details will move the price up. Everything else is fluff.

He could have stopped the manipulation of the share price but he didn’t. That makes him complicit. He’s lied many times. He’s made some terrible decisions. He gave Croda a two year extension then recently they asked for more time and he rolled over again. He’s not good for investors. He needs to go.

Totally agree, the share price is a joke. Everytime there’s good news he seems to ruin it. He’s bent over too far with Croda even though the game changing lysate is ours. And what really concerns me is the huge buys coming through since we changed brokers, yet the share price stays the same or drops. Ashman has been made aware of this (although I’m sure he knew), and still it’s happening.

A takeover whilst the price is so low is my biggest worry. If you were Croda it would make sense.

Well no one could have predicted we’d be at this price nearly mid July and still waiting for the Croda news.

It would be a terrible return. Ashman would have to take the blame for this. The sooner we get the full Croda details the safer we are.

Re a possible takeover, the share price is so low we’ll get a fraction of what we should. With all the Croda news this is minimum 70p and it’s very early days, so any bid much higher. Now a 50p would have some agreeing. I’d be devastated.

Net, you’ll defend him no matter what. He promised the world come April, we got scraps. The guy lied about giving us the info by the end of June. He’s signed an NDA without an end date, clearly. We’ve received royalties but he can’t tell us what they are, which is wrong. Ashman is so out of his depth it’s embarrassing.

If the NDA is still restricting info come Aug will you still defend him ?

He will not talk about Croda. He’ll hide behind the NDA yet again. He promised info by the end of June. He’s lied again. The RNS today tells you exactly what he thinks of small investors. When is he held accountable?
