a startup is a business literally starting from scratch if you did your research on this company and what its acquired.. you'd know they are far from start ups..... one has a drug has been approved by Europe for marketing for particular type of burns. The same med has passed phase 2 for particular orphan (nasty) disease related to the skin. They've also acquired a company that has product revenues of nearly $1m you define such businesses as start ups ?

thats pure garbage At its peak, GPX was worth around £400m (£4 share price in height of bid situation). But that was when oil price near $100 and they had oodles of cash. The mean price between 2008 and 2012 was £2... market cap of £200m. So anyone who thinks that on return to production the comp will automatically reach a market cap equivalent of £400m is on cloud cuckoo land. Oil price wont reach anywhere near $100 for a very long time if ever. There is a massive glut of oil...... you can bet as the oil price creeps higher shale producers in US will pump more. The company itself has stated they will require more cash going forward... hence more hefty dilution. With c500m shares in issue...... i cant see a valuation very much higher than what its trading now..+/- a few pence. This company is in the hands of two main parties (main being Russians). .... going forward just pray they don't do what CAZA's main shareholder has announced today.... and its not just them.. many have done this (delisting and leaving shareholders high and dry)

A) "they will go into the company once it realists" that doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Why should they go into the company when apparently they already own the asset ? If you are implying they will do something similar like the Mongolian asset (which they never owned in the first place), then it means shareholders having to double pay for the asset they apparently already own. Seems a few are finally smelling the coffee beans here. As for the Mongolian asset, the RNS clearly states they will have to do at least 18 months of sampling and basic exploration work. There's going to be a lot more work after that before any sort of reserves report (if any) is established... imo.

Just been on their website.... at the bottom it gives the Beijing office address. Browsed other links on the website.... unless I've missed it.... there's no mention of the Mayfair office as their HQ ..... wonder why that is ? even this page : http://www.cicgold.com/InvestorContacts.html just shows the Dr's contact details and pic of the so called Beijing Office BUT nothing about the Mayfair one intriguing innit guv ?
