You are just ramping your rose tinted b/s because you simply arent able to see the situation of so many holding this stock. Look at the effing chart. Long Term holders have had to endure dilution, after dilution... even 1 : 17 consolidation and then more dilution. Even if they averaged down, they would be still sitting on 90%+ losses. Do the sums ... if you are able to.

More to the point, it was the ill researched point that they "only" have 5bn shares in issue.. and so was better than others you mentioned (and you had the gall of accusing me of being melodramatic.... at least i do my research and dont make ramping b/s).... yet that was just pure bunkam as i showed....

it's NOT 4.5bn. They had 1 for 17 consolidation. So in reality its nearly 85 billion shares. From 80m shares when it floated to 85 bn now. (taking the consolidation into account). So in face far greater than the stocks you named in comparison.

Let me spell it out for you

Before the 1 : 17 consolidation, there were appx 5 billions shares in issue.. right ?

Now if there was NO consolidation, and they raised the same amount of money as they have done, it goes without saying they would've had to issue 17x more shares than they would've if the consolidation did take place.

As it did take place, in order to get the correct figure (like for like) in real terms, one has to figure out what the figure would be if no consolidation took place.... hence 17x the current 5bn shares.

Exactly. Look at the volume in the past 2 months. More than enough forward selling at prices far higher than the placing. Those forward sellers will have settled with the new placing. Look at the 3rd May RNS... RAB dumped c140m halving their holding.

Not only that, so many bucket shop 'brokers' will be flogging the placing stock to their clients enticing them with stories of how kefi will 10 bag etc.

The placing has nothing to do with confidence.... it's bread and butter for those that feast on companies desperate for cash.

it's a life style company for the directors.. like so many aim outfits. In the end those that have been in this for a few years, have been wiped out... -99% down.

A) dilution is a given for any minnow explorer.. that's a given. if folk take that as an issue when speculating in AIM companies then best stay away from blue sky oil/gas explorers. stick to producers aka bp, bg, chevron etc.

B) jv are bread and butter for minnows. it allows cost of developing to be burdened more from a bigger partner. if you discovered massive treasure under the ground, in some farming field...but it was 1000s of feet under ... you have to find someone with big pockets to carry out the work.. and that someone will want a share of the riches. that's how business works.. not only in oil/gas companies

Its a subsidiary. so we own it. just the 4 other subsidiaries. its not a separat entity. the parent comp is matad

Pilsbury.. this is how a lot oilers operate. JVs in operating a field. As for how each benefit ? how do other oilers benefit when their JVs come to fruition ?

The solar jv has already been set up (q1) with SunSteppe Energy and is called SunSteppe Renewable Energy so this new petro matad energy incorporation most likely is to do with an oil exp jv.
