The news article shows the real reason regarding the Oct 31 date being set. The shameful thing is Harry not having the moral courage and duty of informing shareholders of what is effectively a final warning to get the financing secured by 31 Oct or carry the risk of the license being revoked. Why werent shareholders informed of YET again of another warning received from the Mining authority ?

this is quite astonishing. Stewie says they were placed in Tier 3.. and he says "which is the highest level".

Well that's blatant b/s. As there are only two tiers. The highest one is Tier 1 (aimed at larger more established companies) and Tier 2 is the next one down (for companies are generally early stage or junior companies).

Yet SB said they were given this imaginary highest Tier of 3 ?

1) no such tier exists
2) the highest tier is tier 1 not some imaginary tier 3

if he can't get basic facts correct.. how the heck is the company claiming to provide advisory service for other companies wanting to list.

The company has been under a "Cease Trade Order" since 2010/11. After which Bromley decided to move over to AIM b/c he knew there was no way getting back onto the exchange.

However, the CTO still exists... and it is this (among other issues) that will imo make it so hard for him to get readmitted onto the exchange.

as for the nav not being translated until the companies are listed... i think you'll find cicc did exactly that when it was listed here.... expressing 35p+ nav / share on the balance sheet b/c they held stock in lieu of services rendered... only to be written down to zero later on.. and people were wondering why the share price was 3p when the balance sheet was valuing the share at 35p.

Cash is king.... everything else is opinion.... which for many eventually found out, to their angst, with cicc.

you guys need to read the statements properly. this is the same old stuff as when it was listed here. the company is not producing any cash flow. they are recognising shares in lieu of services rendered as revenue - exactly the same way they did when it was listed here. those of you who havent got amnesia, will not what sort of nva/share were banded about back then based on such non-cash revenue. the share price was standing at 3p'ish when folk were scratching their heads and wondering why that was when the balance sheet was showing nav / sh of 35p+ Well it was obvious to those who could read financial statements, like they can read the current ones. Those shares were recognised as revenue, hence the inflated nav. which eventually had to be written down to zero because they couldnt translate that into hard cash.

the revenue figures in this case is exactly the same. its non cash - shares in lieu. history repeating. and folk getting all excited and banding about silly price targets.

in reality the company has no cash - read the financial statements.
